Fresh bagged Asparagus, about 2 - 3 lbs.

Tender shoots that cook up well when brushed with olive oil and seasoned lightly with a lemon and herb seasoning to bake in the oven.

Nice Asparagus and Nicely Priced

My wife and I enjoyed the asparagus we'd purchased at Sam's Club. It was fresh, attractive and realistically priced.

Okay price

The pricing was okay. The asparagus was tough and really thick and when you got rid of what was not useful it became expensive. It's not what I want from asparagus but it was an okay price.

Fresh, thick stalks

Great gurthy asparagus. Not super skinny like grocery stores. Holds its crunch when roasted. One of my cam's favs. We roast with olive oil & lemon pepper or garlic & parm cheese. Also good wrapped in prosciutto & balsamic glaze.

Good asparagus

The asparagus is good for the price. You do have to cut off quite a bit of the tail end cause it can be tough so you’re gonna have tips but for the price it’s worth it. I can’t figure out why my urine smells after I eat them though.

Goes Bad to Fast

While I love asparagus, I really shouldn't buy it in a huge bag. It seems when you open the bag, whatever you don't use the first day, starts to get slimy. I've tried many ways to store it so it won't get icky, but haven't found any good way other than freezing it, and then, well, it's not fresh anymore. However, if you have a big family and can cook the whole bag, great! Or, if you are making soup, it's great.

Don't bother.

They were terrible. We couldn't eat anything but the very tips. They were very tough with very little taste. I will not be buying them again.
