Generally looks good in the package, watch the dates, check for narly tree trunks that are dry and no amount of steaming, pressure cooking results in anything edible.

I like to buy things in bulk like this and can them. I am the only one in my family that eats them, so I was able to get 7 servings, pint jars of asparagus.

Sam's asparagus is consistently uniform in quality, and a frequent purchase in this household. We mostly prepare it by steaming, but occasionally will use it raw in salads.

The asparagus was bad, it had reached its expiration. The shopper should have taken a little extra attention to look at the quality of the asparagus before just grabbing one.

Bought 2 packages for curbside pickup. One package was very good and the second package was limp and soggy. Be sure to look at curbside packages before you leave.

The aparagus delivered was rotten and had been packaged two weeks prior. I wish those who are picking the items to be delivered would pay attention as well as Sams take rotten food off the shelf.

You need to check the asparagus really well. I have had bad asparagus on my last 3 orders…slimy tops. I buy 3 packages every week and will be looking at other stores

Nice big stalks that go great with any meal. Steam them, sauté them, whatever you like with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese or ranch seasoning. Extra delicious!

For the price, not a good value at all. No pieces of asparagus a decent size/width- all the size of a pencil. For around $8 a bag, this is terrible!!!!

Best asparagus sold and its freshness outrivals me raising it. It is excellent steamed or wrapped in bacon and fried--the fresh tenderness stays (even as left-overs)
