It's been a year too soft

I brought this mattress a year ago and I'm shopping for a replacement. It started off well, it is way to soft my back can't take it.

Queen size mattress

Bought it a week ago took out of the box 3 days ago will only go 9 inches high and it’s supposed to go 12 inches. Very disappointed.

Misleading it’s not 12” , it’s 10” matters

It’s just 10” Mattress. Never Expand to 12” as they claimed it is. For the 2nd night I’ve stared experiencing a back pain. DO NOT BUY IT!!

If this is considered medium firm, I'd hate to see what firm is. I've had this for over a month and its still hard. Not at all what i thought memory foam would be. My kids both have memory foam mattresses and they are super soft and comfortable.

Not a bad mattresss.

Easy set up. No smell at all and it expanded to full hight in about 8 hours. It is firm but not too firm. I am happy with my purchase so far. I added a mattress pad just for shifts and giggles. Not a bad mattress for the price.

My husband and I bought this mattress a little over a year ago. It was the best $400 we have spent. I woke up with backaches daily from our other mattress and this one is so nice. And I don’t sink in it!

You won't get your bed

I never got my bed. The delivery date came and passed, and my bed never showed up. Nearly 3 weeks have passed since I placed my order and still no signs of shipping or any updates.

Great for a few weeks!

Mattress was great for 3 weeks then it just seemed to have no support at all. Have rotated it already and was purchased at the end of September. I'm writing this at 4am as I couldn't lay in bed any longer due to a bad mattress!

To firm or sent wrong mattress

Title is misleading. This mattress is very firm. In process of waiting on serta or Sam's to reply back to me about returning it. Guess we will see how that goes.

I chose this mattress based on Consumer Reports, and have owned it for two months. It is very firm, and that may be what I need. I've been sweating every night since. Now looking at cooling mattress pads. I currently have buyers remorse.
