It's been a year too soft

I brought this mattress a year ago and I'm shopping for a replacement. It started off well, it is way to soft my back can't take it.

Queen size mattress

Bought it a week ago took out of the box 3 days ago will only go 9 inches high and it’s supposed to go 12 inches. Very disappointed.

Misleading it’s not 12” , it’s 10” matters

It’s just 10” Mattress. Never Expand to 12” as they claimed it is. For the 2nd night I’ve stared experiencing a back pain. DO NOT BUY IT!!

Pick up at the local Sam's Club

I would prefer to pick up my mattress at the local Sam's Club after online order. If it’s delivered to my apartment and left outside my door, I’m worried that someone might steal it. I’m willing to pay the delivery fee. Is this possible?

Very pleased

Loved the convenience of buying/transporting a mattress in a box. Set up was a breeze. Very very comfortable for sleeping. Can't review the longevity as it is a recent purchase, but our first impression is excellent.

To firm or sent wrong mattress

Title is misleading. This mattress is very firm. In process of waiting on serta or Sam's to reply back to me about returning it. Guess we will see how that goes.
