I have had the king size for nearly a year and it's still perfect, so good that when we moved we bought the queen size for spare room enstead of taking the old spare bed with us. We tried to refold the king size, vacuum sealed it and folded in half. A week later when we unpacked if it bounced right back perfect. Best beds out there for sure. All other beds are so uncomfortable now.

Received my mattress in a box, opened and aired out for even less than suggested time and I love it, just the right amount of soft, had it for a while and has remained firm and doesn't have dents in it. Easy to get ready to use and very comfortable. This is NOT a soft mattress, if looking for that I would say on a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being softest this rates about a 7. Very comfortable

My first purchase was for a double/full bed fits perfect. The only problem was I put fitted sheet on too soon. I really needed for it to breath for a couple of days to release the odor. My second purchase for our son a queen he is delighted said the odor was not offensive. He slept on it the first night.

Bought two of these for bunk beds, the kids were sleeping on the ones that came with the set and the older one was complaining about it being uncomfortable. Upon setting the beds up they were rather high for the top bunk but that's ok i'll modify the bunk and put a higher bar support if I have to. Anyway, I set up the beds and last night i decided to try it out... I laid down and wasn't even really that tired but wow, closed my eyes for a few mins and actually passed out! This thing is comfortable, and has an amazing firmness I didn't think it would have seeing as how it was packaged. Woke up 5 hours later with no pains and felt refreshed. There is a little new bed smell that will clear out in a day, but it's a small price to pay for the quality of the bed. I bought this mattress a couple months ago and it arrived in the box. There seems to be an issue of it being coiled up in the box because even after a second replacement has been provided, The mattress has a bend in the middle. Used it in the guestroom and have gotten complaints is it sags in the middle. It does not have any support around the edges and this is the main problem that affects the firmness of the mattress. Since it comes in a smaller box, once it’s uncoiled then there is no way FedEx will be able to pick up the mattress for it to be returned. This was a major headache.

I bought one about 4 months ago. I'm 64 5'10' 250 lbs. I've got chronic back pain. The foam-spring combo works very well. This has made the back better. I was a little apprehensive about a vacuum pack mattress but it has worked out very well. As noted in other reviews it has a soft edge. If you roll to the edge you can start to slide off. Give it a try.

We needed a new queen bed mattress for our camper that had a flat surface. So this hybrid mattress was the perfect solution. Very comfortable! The individually wrapped springs are genius. It is medium firm with the coils but yet softer on the top. Perfect combination! So happy we took a chance making this purchase.

Sent my husband to buy a new mattress/box spring set for my 6 year old daughter about 6 months ago. BIG MISTAKE! You sat on the mattress and you sink all the way down. I never liked it. Decided to sell her old bedroom furniture and get a new set. Little worried about having the mattress shipped to me but it came in just fine and fluffed up right away. I LOVE THE MATTRESS!!! My daughter loves her new mattress as well. Added a padded waterproof mattress cover and it's golden. One thing I knew before buying was the current twin sized sheets wouldn't totally fit. I opted for the 12" mattress for a sleigh bed with trundle and no box spring. So I don't mind getting/trying to find new sheets. Debating now to get one for our bed.

Purchased this mattress online, sight unseen, on a Sunday. It was delivered on Thursday. Very heavy box for the Queen -- 78 lbs. I think. Followed the instructions and laid the mattress in place before cutting the tape and plastic wrap. Amazing to watch it "inflate" and take shape. Although the instructions say to wait 24-48 hours to sleep on it, I set it up at 4:00pm and slept on it that same night. First morning after sleeping on it, I woke up just a little sore (perhaps because I sleep on it the first night and hadn't waited the 24 hours). After the second day, I felt great. No aches and pains in the morning as was the case with my old mattress. As others have said, it's a plush top with a firm feeling underneath. I would describe it as medium-firm, but there still is a feeling of plushness on the top. Hard to describe fully, but it works perfectly for me. I couldn't have made a better choice and the price was much lower than the $1,000-$1,500 mattresses I had been considering I would definitely buy again and I would highly recommend this to others.

So sorry that my first Euro mattress did not open (inflated) the way it should have, very disappointed the second time the same thing happen, and no guess to sleep over. Sam's Club replace it immediately and they were very understanding over my situation great customer service. You will need help, its very heavy to put on top of your box spring. I will still buy a mattress from Sam's Club as soon as I get my refund.
