Soiled top and did not expand correctly leaving visible lumps. Sams is replacing it but return is not simple as it is upstairs and fully opened.

Ours didn’t work. When we opened and placed on the bed to expand it never filled out. We did contact Zinus and they are supposed to replace.

Easy to put together. We actually bought one 2 years ago, liked it so much, got another one. Cant go wrong for the money!

The mattress was horribly bad. It was extra hard and bent out of shape. Nothing like the picture shows!

Our mattress has a bump in the middle and is flat where our heads lay, causing us to need to use more pillows for support. And this bed is still too springy, I can feel my partner’s every move. Very disappointed, despite all the positive reviews.

I love my mattress. I have nerve damage from my neck to my back. I sleep very well on this mattress. I haven’t had it but two weeks but I’m sure I’ll always love sleeping on it.

one corner of the bed did not rise and set up as designed making it virtually impossible to lay on that side of the bed - also the middle did not set up evenly, the product was refunded by sams club

Great mattress was vacuumed sealed so tight didnt think it was gonna be very steong once releeased but fully recouled and is firm yet soft. really enjoying it

Luckily this mattress is going in a guest room. My husband usually loves firm mattresses, and this one is still a bit too firm for his liking. I will be purchasing a mattress topper for this one.
