Not my favorite mattress. It has a lump in it that after weeks of being unfolded it still hasn’t straightened out. This is our second one because the first one came with a gouge in it. The shipping packaging was very poor. I would not buy this mattress again. Should have returned it.

I have never ordered a mattress that came in a box by mail, but what a convenient way to order. The mattress appears to be high quality, and it was a great price in comparison. It does take a few days to fully settle, so be patient. The mattress is quite tall, if you have a platform, a box spring may not be necessary. The mattress pretty firm, but still supportive, keep in mind this is a single sided mattress. If you like soft, pillowy, this may not be to your liking, but so far 5 stars for us.

I bought this mattress a couple months ago and it arrived in the box. There seems to be an issue of it being coiled up in the box because even after a second replacement has been provided, The mattress has a bend in the middle. Used it in the guestroom and have gotten complaints is it sags in the middle. It does not have any support around the edges and this is the main problem that affects the firmness of the mattress. Since it comes in a smaller box, once it’s uncoiled then there is no way FedEx will be able to pick up the mattress for it to be returned. This was a major headache.

We have always paid around a thousand dollars for a queen mattress. We took a chance on this around $300. dollar mattress based on the reviews by other consumers. We have now been sleeping for 3 months or so on this mattress and I promise never to spend $1,000. on a mattress ever again. This mattress is just as comfortable and firm as any mattress 3x its' price. As suggested by other reviewers, we simply placed it on a plywood sheet fit to the mattress. I don't quite understand why other reviewers said that placing it on a conventional mattress foundation would ruin it - but I did follow their advice and did not place it on a conventional box spring foundation. Summary: very pleased with quality and price.

Received matress earlier than expected. That was great! Unfolded matress, waited 3 days for matress to plump up. I should have listened to the other reviews. The corners slope downward. You do feel like you are falling off the sides. It is puffed up on one side, big crease down the middle vertically. And horizontal crease as well. Sams issued a refund and awaiting pick up of matress now.

Easy to order, fast shipping, great price for a very comfortable 12" mattress. Ordered two of these mattresses on a Friday and they arrived on Wednesday. I'm not usually comfortable ordering things online, especially a mattress, but this one worked out great! Amazing how they roll them up in a 4x2.5x2.5 box, but it's done very efficiently and they fluff right up when unpacked – plus you don't have a whole mattress sitting on your doorstep till you get home. Would definitely recommend this mattress. One of the easiest purchases I've ever made.

I thought it was just settling from unrolling it out of the package but to this day only 3 months later it has these waves of lumps as if the coils or layers are all bunched up inside. I think it was just built wrong and defective. In the pics you can clearly see waves or bumps in the mattress. This is the inner layers. Also...the dark spots shown are not dirt. That is all pilling or lint from anything it touches. It catches any fabric against it and tears the lint off like a lint roller. I want to exchange it for a different mattress but dont know how to. Am very very angry about this. Waste of money. Is there anyone at Zinus who can help.

what an amazing mattress, i had back pain and needed a new mattress but couldn't afford the big brand name stores. I purchased this mattress online based on the price and the overall rating. After this small box arrived at my home I was disappointed and before i even opened the box, I called Sam's club to say they had sent me the wrong mattress. They explained to me that it was vacuum sealed, I was still skeptical that it could be as comfortable as i was hoping for. I was amazed by the end result, a wonderful soft and yet firm mattress that has given me the best sleep in years!!!. Back pain gone!! I sleep more soundly and I wake up more alert. This is the best purchase ever. I've recommended it to family and coworkers and I tell them all to give that small box it comes in a chance, this mattress will amaze you by it's comfort.

So sorry that my first Euro mattress did not open (inflated) the way it should have, very disappointed the second time the same thing happen, and no guess to sleep over. Sam's Club replace it immediately and they were very understanding over my situation great customer service. You will need help, its very heavy to put on top of your box spring. I will still buy a mattress from Sam's Club as soon as I get my refund.

I've bought this mattress before and had no issues. However with my recent mattress order, it came vacuumed sealed as usual except the mattress was folded in half before being rolled and vacuum-sealed. I did everything as instructed but the mattress was left with a huge elevated lump where the mattress was folded and the edges were collapsed... waiting for my replacement and see if it has the same issue
