The tuna cooked medium rare is a great fish for pan searing or grilling outside. If overcooked it is a bit on the tough side to chew. Paired with butter garlic new potatoes and salad… perfect!

The tuna is tasty, and the individual packages allow thawing only as many as needed at a time. Marinate, or just sear with light seasoning for a quick and tasty dinner. Will certainly purchase again.

I like the tuna. I am somewhat disappointed though because the previous " brand" of ahi tuna sold by Sam's was more tender than this version sold at the club.

This product is perfect! Each filet is individually sealed so I can defrost them super easy and one filet per meal is perfect with rice or salad. Especially for meal preps.

This tuna is delicious! Whether you pan sear it or put it on the grill, it always turns out great. I buy it a couple times a month. It’s also wonderful for making tuna salad. Once you make that, you’ll never go back to canned tuna!

Easy handling with the separate packaging for each piece. they are fairly uniform although it would be nice if they were either one serving each or two servings each. They tasted very good.

These tuna steaks are very high quality, perfectly portioned and delicious. I have pan fried them in a small amount of olive oil and seasoned them with Old Bay or lemon juice and capers.

Fantastic quality. I pan sear these and leave the center raw. Mix some soy sauce and ginger, reduce over low heat and pour over the finished filet. Jasmine rice and sautéed' spinach complete this delicious and nutritious meal.

Love these things! One bag makes 2 dinners for my husband and I. So easy and reasonably priced for a nice treat for dinner! Throw them in the fridge to thaw in some soy sauce overnight and takes less than 5 min to cook and so delicious.

Fresh and delicious! I seared these lightly on both sides in avocado oil, salt and pepper. The pure flavor came through perfectly. So nice to have quality ahi in the freezer, ready to go.
