It was inedible. We brought remainder of bag back to the store and told them it was not fresh, had gone bad.

So delicious you don't even know it's frozen. We have bought it a few times and sear it is it's a little olive oil , butter and full peppercorns and it is perfect. Even good cold on salads the next day.

fresh for frozen - very pink. I sear these and they are delicious. I always prefer fresh from a local fishery, but these are pretty darn good for frozen.

I like the tuna. I am somewhat disappointed though because the previous " brand" of ahi tuna sold by Sam's was more tender than this version sold at the club.

The tuna cooked medium rare is a great fish for pan searing or grilling outside. If overcooked it is a bit on the tough side to chew. Paired with butter garlic new potatoes and salad… perfect!

I serve this at least twice a month. It comes in 6 individual wrapped servings. I make a quick lemon dill sauce to go with it and mashed potatoes, with a vegetable.

Disappointing to say the least! The bag (seriously) only weight 18 ounces & it says 2 pounds... Tiny little tuna steaks, not sliced ahi tuna as pictured. Time consuming to make. Not worth the money or effort. Sorry Sam's

This is a staple for us. Always consistent always fresh tasting and excellent. Each piece is vacuumed sealed. Fast to thaw. Excellent to sear on the grill.

Love these things! One bag makes 2 dinners for my husband and I. So easy and reasonably priced for a nice treat for dinner! Throw them in the fridge to thaw in some soy sauce overnight and takes less than 5 min to cook and so delicious.

The tuna is tasty, and the individual packages allow thawing only as many as needed at a time. Marinate, or just sear with light seasoning for a quick and tasty dinner. Will certainly purchase again.
