Looked great, but did a quick sear to thin slice as appetizer...the tuna was tough almost rubbery, and had a chemically aftertasye that was unpleasant. Usually like this tuna, so maybe a bad baych.

Tried it to see if I would like it...I did not. I am not into SUSHI type Food. You can not over cook to get the rawness out of the center. IF you do it gets really really tough ( Tasty But Tough). IF you like Raw Tuna than you probably would like this.
