Excellent product

Tried it to see if I would like it...I did not. I am not into SUSHI type Food. You can not over cook to get the rawness out of the center. IF you do it gets really really tough ( Tasty But Tough). IF you like Raw Tuna than you probably would like this.

Giving this 3 stars because of inconsistency only. The first 2 times we bought these tuna steaks, they were wonderful. This third time, every single piece was so ridiculously tough that my Dad could not even eat his. What a waste! So sad because the first 2 times we purchased these, they were so good, but now we are not willing to take a chance on them.

Unthawed the whole bag and put it on the grill with just salt and pepper. My son in law is an amazing chef and grilling is his thing. Everything is always great. But These tuna steaks were nasty. The flavor %26 texture were terrible. Didn't matter what they did to try and save it, they were gagging trying to eat it. He said there was just something not right about them. None of the pack was good. It wasn't just 1 of them, the whole pack was terrible. But didn't expire until 2027!

Ahi Ahi is a great product for sushi, nice quality

These ahi steaks are wonderful. Individual ly wrapped and all cut the same thickness.

Love making Ahi Una Poke and this product works great.
