These chairs are molded plastic. I did not understand that from the description :( Three of mine arrived with defects on the the same side. Not sure it was manufacturing or transit. With that being said. Trying them out they do appear comfortable. I have not decided yet return or exchange?

We ordered two sets. One set was fine other than small plastic pieces underneath that had to be clipped in order to snap leg unit into place. One chair in the other set had minor damage from shipping on the top of the chaise, as well as having a crack and being slightly misaligned. We tried to reach the company to talk about the problem. An automated system put us on hold for more than 15 minutes, and when the recording came back on it said we could leave a message or continue to hold, and then hung up. We decided the damage was minor enough that we wanted to keep the chairs anyway. They sit well and are comfortable!! Just hope we don't need customer service.

Purchased 4 for my family of 5. Easy set up, after reading reviews I know we need to be gentle. I wish I was more confident in them. Comfortable, can lay flat on stomach. Love the way they look. I just have no idea how long they’ll last, which is sad.

I did a lot of research online and in stores and I am convinced I went into the wrong industry. Outdoor furniture is so expensive and has so many variations in build quality, materials and styles it's difficult to have confidence you picked the right furniture. Not with these chairs. These worked out better than my expectations and I am pretty picky. These chairs are sturdy and attractive. I am 6'0" 250lbs and these chairs are solid and don't make me feel like I'm going to teeter off or break them. They are stiff (but that was expected), I bought 2 cushions for $15 per and these loungers are now a tad too comfortable...I have fallen asleep in them after 15-30 minutes in my jacuzzi. These chairs are the perfect price point for the rest of us who cannot afford the designer stuff. Well built, long lasting (so far) and with cushions are super cozy

These chairs do not lock on the front legs so they collapse at times without warning. They are very spacious and look beautiful. I like that is appears to be made of resin material so they should not rust. But with the resin material a cushion would make them more comfortable. They are a great value and I would definitely recommend!

Found these on Sam's site, concerned about some of the reviews, but price right. Came as promised, but one of the backs hack several areas of broken wicker, even those box not damage. Great chairs, 2 clicks on legs and done!. Called the company, and promised to ship a new back in 4-6 weeks. Chair still functional, will have to see if customer service comes through, but very friendly and easy to reach by phone.

These looked nice, felt sturdy, but couldn’t be delivered without damage. They’re sold in sets of 2 and so both must be returned if either are damaged, making it a frustrating experience. It seems the solid plastic mold design can’t withstand any impact in shipping. In the end we decided to return them and get a different design from our local Sam’s

I bought 2 sets of these and out of the 4 chairs, 3 were broken. So, we had to haul them to Sam's Club. Each box weighs 32 pounds. I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased them. Very disappointed. The girl at Keter acted like she could care less.

for the price these chairs aren’t bad. They are plastic made with a wicker look. You could lay on them with just a towel but i prefer a cushion. My husband is 6’5” and is comfortable and they hold his weight. They are nicely wide as well . If they had a pull out drink ledge or cup holder and where a bit more sturdy they’d get 5 stars. They need to be on a flat surface , on my slightly inclined brick patio they wobbled a bit until i leveled them out . Overall nice chair.

I bought a set of two and they arrived quickly. One of the chairs arrived with a small amount of damage to it. I called Sam’s Customer Service right away and they are shipping replacement chairs. I would give these a five if they would have arrived undamaged. Love the chairs!
