Like the loungers but, one arrived with a crack in the top. Tried to contact the distributor on the packing list who states call then first before returning to store. Lengthy wait and then recording stating to leave a message and they would call back. No call! Loungers came in a two pack and will try to return one to the store and hope its replaced.

These looked nice, felt sturdy, but couldn’t be delivered without damage. They’re sold in sets of 2 and so both must be returned if either are damaged, making it a frustrating experience. It seems the solid plastic mold design can’t withstand any impact in shipping. In the end we decided to return them and get a different design from our local Sam’s

I bought these lounge chairs to go around out new pool. I LOVE them. They are so comfortable. You can incline and decline them. I did purchase a lounge cushion to go on them as well. I would not recommend using them alone. You will need some type of buffer, towel or cushion. I love that they lay almost flat so I can lay out on my stomach. I plan on buying two more to go next to our pool. You will not be disappointed in this purchase.

I bought the 2 pack and it arrived with a small break on the top lower edge of one chaise but not worth the Hassle of returning. It’s a nice chair to lay out on and is durable to water . I saw them in the Sams store and they cost more individually so I got a good deal by having them shipped.

I bought it online because it said would have buy 5/23 didn’t come till 5/29 after my house warming party. Chairs were hard and uncomfortable. Called Sam’s they said bring back to store. Said I would get a gift card in email for trouble. Gift card never came. The store was nice and didn’t give any issues returning.

First shipment arrived with a ripped hole in "fabric" and crack in frame. No visible damage to shipping box. Had to return both Chaise Lounges because sold as 2-pack. Reordered. Second shipment also had hole in "fabric" which looked like they just ran out of plastic in the mold. Yes, this only appears to be woven; it is actually a solid sheet of molded plastic. Again, had to return both Chaise Lounges because sold as 2-pack. Gave up at this point. Sam's made full refund without any prompting by me.

We had been looking for pool loungers for a while and everywhere that "said" they had them but it would be weeks before we received. We ordered these through Sam's Club and they were delivered in 3 days!!!!! That is unheard of during this "Covid" climate where everyone tells you to wait. They are amazing and we love them. Super deal!

I purchased these to replace loungers that were metal and had arms. I wanted something that would not rust. These fit the bill. They look great and based on our other Keter brand purchases in the past I know that they will weather well in the Midwest. That being said, these loungers absolutely DO NEED some form of cushion! The form is comfortable, but the hard surface just isn’t great for an afternoon of book reading.

I bought a set of two and they arrived quickly. One of the chairs arrived with a small amount of damage to it. I called Sam’s Customer Service right away and they are shipping replacement chairs. I would give these a five if they would have arrived undamaged. Love the chairs!

I ordered the loungers and was pleasantly surprised how quickly they were delivered. However they were not put together as described and one of the lounge chairs has a broken through hole in it. I have tried calling company to get resolved but line is always busy. Hoping to get fixed as I would enjoy them.
