Looked great but first order came broken.....and I blamed the delivery company. Second set came and 3rd time someone sat on the chair it broke...….this material it is made of is questionable and terrible workmanship. Looks good but broken chair does you no good. Next step, REFUND and figure out how to get it back to them.....thinking an in person visit to Sam's Club.

Very nice (large) pieces of outdoor furniture. They seem to be pretty solid. I haven't used them yet because I'm having a pool built in the backyard. I had to have the contractor make the sunshelf bigger for these chairs. They're all plastic (which I like) so the salt water won't rust them.

I bought the pair about a month ago. They are well constructed and durable. THey are comfortable and they look great. I got them because they were the best priced I have seen. All other stores sold one for the price of these two. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I ordered two sets so I received 4. They were not exactly what I expected they were hard plastic and one of them was received in the box cracked but they will serve the purpose that I purchased them for but it would have been nice to receive them undamaged.

I had been looking for lounge chairs for my new patio and was having difficulty finding anything that would work. I was looking for something that could tolerate all the rain we get in the summer months and not rust all over my patio. These chairs are plastic so they are weather resistant. They are also very comfortable. I ordered from Sam’s Club and they shipped to my home in less than a week. They stack and were already put together. I am very pleased with my purchase.

My gravity lounges we’re old and tired. I was looking for replacements that I could stretch out on. These were perfect. They arrived timely, well packaged and made. They look way more expensive than they were. I paired them up with members mark cushions and they are so comfortable. Highly recommend.

We recently purchased the loungers, 2 in a box. Very comfortable but surprised they are made totally of plastic. Seem to be heavy duty as I’m 220 lbs and there’s no sagging to the unit. Curious as to how they hold up after a few months in the direct sunlight. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

I bought it online because it said would have buy 5/23 didn’t come till 5/29 after my house warming party. Chairs were hard and uncomfortable. Called Sam’s they said bring back to store. Said I would get a gift card in email for trouble. Gift card never came. The store was nice and didn’t give any issues returning.

We ordered two sets. One set was fine other than small plastic pieces underneath that had to be clipped in order to snap leg unit into place. One chair in the other set had minor damage from shipping on the top of the chaise, as well as having a crack and being slightly misaligned. We tried to reach the company to talk about the problem. An automated system put us on hold for more than 15 minutes, and when the recording came back on it said we could leave a message or continue to hold, and then hung up. We decided the damage was minor enough that we wanted to keep the chairs anyway. They sit well and are comfortable!! Just hope we don't need customer service.

Like the loungers but, one arrived with a crack in the top. Tried to contact the distributor on the packing list who states call then first before returning to store. Lengthy wait and then recording stating to leave a message and they would call back. No call! Loungers came in a two pack and will try to return one to the store and hope its replaced.
