Purchased 2 of these 2-packs. In one box, both chairs were damaged. Called Sam's Club and they picked up the next day and reshipped new set which came quickly and was perfect. Customer service was exceptional! Very happy with the chairs. No more rust marks on concrete like we had from old chairs. Regular lounge cushions fit just fine and look great.

I bought the 2 pack and it arrived with a small break on the top lower edge of one chaise but not worth the Hassle of returning. It’s a nice chair to lay out on and is durable to water . I saw them in the Sams store and they cost more individually so I got a good deal by having them shipped.

I really liked the chairs and they were shipped quickly but the orange clips that secure the legs onto the chair were either missing or broken. I contacted Keter to see if just the clips were available and I was told to just return the chairs. I even ordered a second set to see if they were any better but sadly the same situation. I had to return the 4 heavy chairs which was a major hassle.

I bought these lounge chairs to go around out new pool. I LOVE them. They are so comfortable. You can incline and decline them. I did purchase a lounge cushion to go on them as well. I would not recommend using them alone. You will need some type of buffer, towel or cushion. I love that they lay almost flat so I can lay out on my stomach. I plan on buying two more to go next to our pool. You will not be disappointed in this purchase.

I was looking at these same chairs somewhere else online just happened to be looking online at Sams for something else and came across these. The exact loungers for $70 less. And I love them!! They are sturdy and perfect for what I needed them for!

Exactly what I was looking for to go by my new pool. Very pretty and easy to use. I do wish they were a little sturdier for my heavier family/ friends. They are very comfortable and I like the fact that they can fold and stack of we decide to store them over winter.

I bought these chips and returned them the next day. They were cheaply made, one was cracked the other was missing its legs. Fed Ex picked up my return on 6/30/18 & Im still waiting for my refund!!!!! Customer service has been terrible as well.....I do not believe I will order anything again any time soon!!!! Disappointed is an understatement!!!

I bought a set of two and they arrived quickly. One of the chairs arrived with a small amount of damage to it. I called Sam’s Customer Service right away and they are shipping replacement chairs. I would give these a five if they would have arrived undamaged. Love the chairs!

We purchased this set about 3 weeks ago. You will obviously need to buy your choice of cushions, needed due to construction material you can get away with laying a heavy towel on it but cushions are recommended. Also there is no in store pick up this is our 2 set thank God it wasn’t broken we had to ship back our first set extremely large box at least 7 ft long by 4 ft high by 4 ft wide, but the set did not have enough packing between them and the legs were broken. When we called for a return the on line people were terrible, I had to argue for them to contact Ups for the return info, and then deal with repacking this huge box and put it out on the day UPS would pick up. The replacement came quickly. Also I did contact our local Sams store manager and he was a great help in getting this problem handled.

First shipment arrived with a ripped hole in "fabric" and crack in frame. No visible damage to shipping box. Had to return both Chaise Lounges because sold as 2-pack. Reordered. Second shipment also had hole in "fabric" which looked like they just ran out of plastic in the mold. Yes, this only appears to be woven; it is actually a solid sheet of molded plastic. Again, had to return both Chaise Lounges because sold as 2-pack. Gave up at this point. Sam's made full refund without any prompting by me.
