I purchased these loungers and they were to be delivered within a few days. After 10 days with no delivery, I contacted SamsClub.com and discovered my order was stuck in processing. All in all, it took almost 3 weeks for delivery. The chairs are basically a thick plastic. Although they came reassembled, one of the chair backs was knocked loose, I guess in shipping, and I had to force the pieces back together. (I had to use lots of pressure...a strong forcing together). I will be interested to see how these hold up but for now I will just say they are fine.

I ordered the loungers and was pleasantly surprised how quickly they were delivered. However they were not put together as described and one of the lounge chairs has a broken through hole in it. I have tried calling company to get resolved but line is always busy. Hoping to get fixed as I would enjoy them.

I have two issues. 1. There is a hole in one of the chairs about the size of a quarter. Looks like a manufacturer issue. I tried to call the customer service but the line is always busy 2. The foot support does not look like it is designed to lock into place which could be an injury hazard. I am 75 yrs old and sat down in the middle of the lounge and the leg collapsed. I’m a bit of a handy man so I will design something to lock the luring leg but I believe it has the potential for a costly accident especially because I suspect other buyers have alerted SAMS to the problem. Other than that it looks nice

These looked nice, felt sturdy, but couldn’t be delivered without damage. They’re sold in sets of 2 and so both must be returned if either are damaged, making it a frustrating experience. It seems the solid plastic mold design can’t withstand any impact in shipping. In the end we decided to return them and get a different design from our local Sam’s

These chaise loungers look great but one of them had a foldable leg that wouldn't stay connected to the lounger. I called the manufacturer, Keter, and they are sending a replacement leg but it will take 12 weeks to get to me. I'm concerned that if a new leg doesn't solve the problem, will I need to send back the whole lounger and wait another 12 weeks? Keter Customer service was very professional and helpful, giving me confidence that they will make it right. I wish the delivery time wasn't so long.

We had been looking for pool loungers for a while and everywhere that "said" they had them but it would be weeks before we received. We ordered these through Sam's Club and they were delivered in 3 days!!!!! That is unheard of during this "Covid" climate where everyone tells you to wait. They are amazing and we love them. Super deal!

I bought 2 sets of these and out of the 4 chairs, 3 were broken. So, we had to haul them to Sam's Club. Each box weighs 32 pounds. I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased them. Very disappointed. The girl at Keter acted like she could care less.

I saw these chairs at Sams and had to have some. They are very comfortable and easy to adjust. They seem to be sturdy enough and not too many moving parts so think they will hold up well. Had no trouble with shipping them to my home and all was ok after opening.

These chairs are super sturdy and very rich looking and great for our Texas weather, my others had metal on them which ended up rusting and these don't. I feel I will gray use from these. If they wernt sold out I would buy more also I feel they are a great price.

I did a lot of research online and in stores and I am convinced I went into the wrong industry. Outdoor furniture is so expensive and has so many variations in build quality, materials and styles it's difficult to have confidence you picked the right furniture. Not with these chairs. These worked out better than my expectations and I am pretty picky. These chairs are sturdy and attractive. I am 6'0" 250lbs and these chairs are solid and don't make me feel like I'm going to teeter off or break them. They are stiff (but that was expected), I bought 2 cushions for $15 per and these loungers are now a tad too comfortable...I have fallen asleep in them after 15-30 minutes in my jacuzzi. These chairs are the perfect price point for the rest of us who cannot afford the designer stuff. Well built, long lasting (so far) and with cushions are super cozy
