While I haven't had the opportunity to cook this fish, I know that Sam's always has quality seafood. Tilapia has always been one of my go-to fish for it's mild flavor.

Defrost overnight in fridge. Spray filets with EVOO, sprinkle s&p and a little Stevia. Fry on medium high a few minutes per side. Plate and sprinkle slivered almonds on top. SO GOOD! No skin. No bones.

This fish is my go-to when needing a main course for supper. I defrost with cold water for about 15 minutes, dry with paper towels and cook it in a skillet with olive oil. A little oregano can be added for seasoning. Delicious!

I bought first time tilapia. I usually buy flounder or salmon. It was clean and good packed it. I was different way to cooked bake, grill and panfry but not for me.

Easy to thaw when I get home from work and cook a healthy supper. Like the individual packaging so I can choose smaller or larger pieces and control how many I want. Always guaranteed a good meal.

Due to an ammonia like smell, I decided not to eat, and returned for a refund. It’s my second time experiencing that, at least 6 months apart from the first time. If you’re wondering if you should buy Sam’s Club frozen tilapia fillets, do yourself a favor and make a hard pass on doing so.
