The Member's Mark tilapia filets are my go-to frozen fish. They are very well portioned (large) and never have that "fishy", old smell. I microwave these with some butter and dill or grill them to add to my soft tacos.

These are great wrapped in foil and baked in the oven with some butter and olive oil and mini peppers mixed in. I just thaw under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Fish is tender, delicate and very tasty with the right seasonings. Good in tacos, on a plate, in a salad, mixed vegetables & potatoes, and all alone on its own. Really versatile seafood.

Love the individual packages. They thaw quickly and even faster in water and the fish seems of good quality. The Sam's price was great as my grocery stores are selling the fresh now for around $6.50 per pound.

Found a recipe on line to prepare these with melted butter, garlic and a few other seasonings I had on hand. Baked them in the oven in 10 minutes. So very good!
