bad buy

horrible tv is new but continues to act up freezes and sometimes volume doesn't come out or lags not happy at all I thought Samsung was supposed to be good

You can check this by going to Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update. You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. the tv works fast and clear ; however the remote its cumbersome , hard to program and easy to miss operate. the tv doesnt post all the downloaded apps nor its easy to find them

Love our new tv

It’s been a week and we love our new tv! The set up took a little time to figure out but in the end it was worth it! Great picture great purchase! The only downfall is the remote, needs a better remote!

I wish I had known when I bought this TV that I couldn’t hook my Samsung soundbar or my DVD player up to the TV because you can only hook up with HDMI cables

The DU72000F TV offers 3 HDMI ports and is Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capable, allowing a seamless connection across multiple devices at a time. If your external device requires an Optical port, we recommend utilizing an HDMI to Optical Converter. These can be found at your local electronics store. We've been using the new Samsung 75" Class Crystal UHD for about 5 weeks. It is a great TV, clear pictures, vivid colors and easy to operate. I hope it stays this way for a long time.
