Easy to use menu screens

This is my 4th Samsung tv. I like the free programs available along with the ease to figure things out. My only complaint is the new remote control is not user friendly period. I use my older ones.

Love it

Love Samsung TVs, its all we will buy. We cast from our Samsung phones and it is seemless. Love the extra broadcast channels when we hooked it to wifi. Could not be happier.

Great TV but could've had more wired features

I love everything about the tx except they don't have a cord for the soundbar it's only by Bluetooth & sometimes the speeds don't match as far as the talking

Disappointed with Smart TV

I am disappointed with the TV and the remote. Miss features I used to have. Our TV headset doesn't work with the TV. No "Mute" on the remote or other features we had on our previous TV remote. The remote is difficult to open to replace batteries

Random power off

I bought the TV a few months back and it works great when watching via a usb connection. However, whenever we try to watch anything via streaming straight to the TV it shuts off randomly.

Hi Rwal21, Thank you for reaching out to us. If your TV appears to turn off by itself, try disabling some of the TV's energy efficiency functions. See if Sleep Timer has been enabled. The Sleep Timer automatically turns the TV off after a specific period of time. Go to: Settings > All Settings> General > System Manager > Time > Sleep Timer If the Sleep Timer has not been enabled, see if Auto Power Off or Off Timer has been enabled and disable it. - Settings > All Settings> General > Power and Energy Saving > Auto Power Off - Settings > All Settings> General > System Manager > Time > Off Timer If the TV continues to turn off by itself continuously, please get in touch with Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Does not receive signal

The antenna to receive the WiFi is horrible Even though WiFi signal is great. Did not work right. Kept loosing signal. Needed to add a fire stick which has a better receiving capability than the tv.

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update. Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds. I hope these tips help resolve your concerns. The back of the television doesn’t have enough auxiliary ports to hook up additional devices; like, sound bars, headphones, info entertainment centers. The picture is great and clear
