Bad remote

TV is pretty good everything on it is really clear and it has a very good picture but the remote doesn't work very good at all you have to hold it at just the right spot so it will work

Samsung makes a great television!

I finally bought my new Samsung television and now only wish I had bought it sooner! The picture is great and I love all the features. Samsung definitely makes a great product.

Good picture, good price.

I bought this after Christmas. The price was right and the picture quality is good. The only issue is there is no channel guide for my youtube tv subscription. You have to click through like a hotel tv.

Mediocre at best.

Mediocre at best. TV shuts off randomly and whilst watching Samsung TV show will randomly switch to another Samsung channel. Will never buy Samsung again. This is the fourth Samsung I’ve owned and am going to another brand.

I have had this for a month or two now. My Vizio was better to be honest. And for the life of me I cannot get it to stop giving me directions on turning on/off. So annoying

Voice Guide is an accessibility function to assist users who are visually impaired. It is possible that you have turned it on by accident by holding down the volume button on your TV remote. Could not hard wire the TV to our sound bar.

I bought this Samsung TV about two weeks ago and was disappointed we could not hard wire it to our Samsung sound bar. And last night the pixels got messed up while watching a show.

Hi None, Thank you for your feedback on the DU7200 TV! Your TV offers 3 HDMI ports and is Bluetooth and Wi-fi capable. If your sound system requires an optical out port, you can utilize an HDMI to Optical Converter, which is available at most electronic stores! Regarding any screen abnormalities you are seeing on your screen, please run a Picture Test to determine if the TV causes the problem. Picture Test displays a high-definition picture you can examine for flaws or faults. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test If the issue continues to appear on all sources and the picture test, this will require service. For assistance in setting up a service appointment, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. I bought my 55" Samsung TV and I love it. 1000 percent over the Vizio I owned previously and their communist policy as to who owns the TV. I paid for it. So, why change or delete feature it came with just because you can.
