Bad features.

I bought this TV a few months ago with good intentions that I had bought a good TV. While watching the movie it went back to the guide on its own. Samsung and the cable company tried to fix it but no l u c k. I would not buy another Samsung product.

Picture perfect.

Great picture. Had many compliments about the picture being so clear. Only complaint is wish the sound could be louder. Hooked up a sound bar and that helps. Good deal for the money.

Mediocre at best.

Mediocre at best. TV shuts off randomly and whilst watching Samsung TV show will randomly switch to another Samsung channel. Will never buy Samsung again. This is the fourth Samsung I’ve owned and am going to another brand.

Fast loading of the apps

I got it for Christmas and it has been the best television I have ever owned. Incredible picture super fast loading times when accessing the apps. I love it.

Happy so far.

It’s been 10 years since I bought a new tv and boy, things have changed! This is a smart tv that comes on instantly and has a very sharp picture. So far I am very pleased with my purchase.

Volume won’t come on

This was a Christmas gift and I am pleased with the picture and ease in operation. My rating is because often I lose volume. And it will take hours sometimes to get it back.

There are a few troubleshooting steps I recommend trying: 1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. 2) Set Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Output. 3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto. Happy with this purchase

Bought this to put into a TV ROOM dedicated exclusively to streaming content. So much easier than switching from Satellite feed on our main TV. Picture is nice. Sound is good. Easy to operate. Happy with this purchase.
