It is ok

It is ok changed from LG in main room. Thought apps you would be able to add more apps. Also thought it would be easier to cast to tv from devices. Not that easy Mx.

Great picture, no audio output.

I am very pleased with the TV's picture, but there is no audio output for my "TV EARS." What kind of adapter do I need and why did you discontinue that feature?

Ok tv

This is the second Samsung tv we purchased. Every now and then, when turning on the tv, we get no sound. I have to unplug the tv for about 30 seconds then upon turning it on, we get sound.

This is a nice tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a little complicated setup, this tv has a nice picture. We use it with cable and steaming and it does that well. The picture is nice good color after turning off the eco setting.

Not a great product

I bought this 3 weeks ago. I'm sorry I bought this brand. The sound quality is not as good as t was n my 20 year old Sony Bravia. The set up on the home screen isn't good either.

Hi Lynn, Thank you for sharing your experience with low volume. There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience. 1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume. 2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound. 3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode. Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you! Has a lot of great features

We bought this for a Christmas present to ourselves and we are so glad we did it has beautiful colors, they are so more vivid and it turns on instantly. We love the Samsung company as this tv replaced Samsung plasma tv that we had for 14 years

Annoying cracking sounds

I should have bought a higher end model. TV makes annoying crack sounds when turning it off. Samsung service exchanged all possible electronics, speaker etc. and TV continues making weird. Racking sounds. TV not recommended.

The cause may vary depending on where the sound is coming from and how your system is set up. • If the sound is coming from your TV speakers, or if you're using an external audio device like a soundbar, please double-check that the audio cable is securely connected to the correct audio output on the external device. • If you're using an antenna or cable connection, a weak signal may result in sound distortion. You can check your broadcast signal level by going to: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Broadcast Signal • If the sound seems to come from the back of the TV, it may be the result of thermal expansion or contraction of the outer casing. This can cause a soft popping noise and is considered normal - it does not indicate a malfunction, and your TV remains safe to use. Samsung Plus is great limited connectivity

6th Samsung purchased in the last 3 years, love Samsung Plus TV and the many selections Not happy with the limited choices to connect sound bars; didnt realize that is where the saving was, with bluetooth being only viable option limits integration

Bad remote

TV is pretty good everything on it is really clear and it has a very good picture but the remote doesn't work very good at all you have to hold it at just the right spot so it will work

Once I got it, thankful I got it!

Not tech savvy so still learning how much smarter tv is than me. The technology is so amazing compared with my family's first tv in 1956, a 13" blk& wht tv with no remote.
