I found it very easy to navigate the settings and move the icons around to get them to my preferred order. The picture is fantastic it almost looks 3D! I forgot that one of my old TV’s was a Samsung too and I haven’t had any issues with that one too! I will definitely look at Samsungs again when I need to replace one of my other TVs

I was in the market for a new tv as my last one was literaly on it's last legs. I'm deeply rooted in the Samsung echo system, therefore only samsung for me. I cannot tell you how pleasantly happy I am with this purchase. It's not only easy to set-up but the price is unbeatable! specially if you have Sam's cash🤷‍♂️. The fact that my wife can control this tv with the previous tv remote is a ++++ makes my life easier! BUY IT, YOU WON'T REGRET IT

I down sized from a 65" to a 55" I have never bought anything but Samsung. My 65" was 14 yrs old. The only problem I'm having is the sound, you need to put the volume to 55-60 to hear it. Then the commercials are loud and I need to turn it down. I have a firestick attached. Never had this problem with any of my tvs.

I bought this a month ago and the color and sound were great. I would have rated it a 5 but within 30 days it stopped working, no picture or sound. I've had several Samsung TV's and really liked them but lately seems like there are several problems with them.

I really like this television and all its features. The picture when looking at it straight on is crisp and the colors are amazing. However, if you are in an area where you are getting a side view the picture no longer has the crispness but rather a duller hazy look. Is that a correctable thing?

Picture is excellent, but much else is ill-designed and not intuitive. I have to use my Roku for streaming channels like Britbox that aren’t included in Samsung’s array of streamers. Finding Roku on the screen is often close to impossible, more trial-and-error than practical.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 2 of these TVs. One for the basement for my son to play his video games and the other for outside on my covered deck. We love these TVs. Great picture and color and the refresh rate works perfectly for playing video games and watching sports.

Not user friendly. Remote doesn’t have voice control. Hard to download apps you need.

Great television for value. Great picture.
