Great TV in the segment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased a Samsung 7200D 65" TV at an excellent price. After exploring various brands, I found this model to be the best in its segment. The user interface and software stand out, surpassing those of other TVs in the same category. Additionally, I paired it with my Samsung 5.1 sound system, which is Q-Symphony compatible. This combination has significantly enhanced the sound quality, making the viewing experience truly enjoyable.

Remote does not work.

TV is great! Remote is not--volume control does not work--I cannot make it louder or quieter. Two options: mute or where the volume is. Had to download a remote on my phone. I don't like having to pay extra for the remote and want to know why the remote itself will not adjust volume? Not good. Not necessarily sure I would purchase again.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps: First, please remove the batteries from your remote, and then hold the Power button for eight seconds to reset the remote. Then, reinsert the batteries and try to use the remote again. Next, Check if the remote is sending an IR signal. Take either a digital camera or use the camera on your phone or tablet. Point the remote at the camera, and then press and hold the Power button on the remote. As you hold the button down, look at the camera's screen. If the remote is sending an IR signal, you will see a colored light coming from the remote control. If you do not see the IR light, replace the batteries with fresh ones and try again. If you still do not see the IR light, then replace the remote. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you! Please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Smart features like bixby and smart things

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has all of the features that we need. It has smart features like smart things, work with Alexa and Google Home( my favorite). Also no more need gaming console. You just need any gaming controller or you can use your phone as gaming controller like amazon Luna( just download from playstore or appstore). Picture quality is like its name, Crystal. Remote has shortcut button like Disney plus, Prime video and Netflix. Overall we can say All-in-One Package. L,

Small remote control buttons

Unfortunately, I am not smart enough to be able to use a smart tv. The remote controls buttons are so small. Itʼs hard for us seniors with our arthritic fingers to maneuver. Also the key pad is not lit. Wish I could get a larger, senior friendly remote. Remote control has no microphone to search, even tho screen says ask......

Good economy TV with flaws.

Picture is excellent, but much else is ill-designed and not intuitive. I have to use my Roku for streaming channels like Britbox that aren’t included in Samsung’s array of streamers. Finding Roku on the screen is often close to impossible, more trial-and-error than practical.
