This is the second of these sets we have bought. The first was 17 years ago, and it lasted until this past year. We finally had to bring it down. We were amazed to see that this model was still being made so we ordered it right away and had it installed in our yard. Our 5 year old absolutely loves it. I'm glad he is able to have the same experience as our older child had. Really amazing product

Bought this at the end of last summer. It was to be used as a way to have my 6 kids all together in a park like atmosphere. I didn't foresee that my kids would claim it as their own and have endless hours of fun from creative play to nature watching. I highly recommend this.

We are so happy with this swing set! It's a good size. When we were looking, so many swing sets look like a nice size but are small when you get them together. This has a good height between the upper and lower deck and the tunnel is a good size too. Definitely get a good sealant. We used Thompson's.

I have two boys and one on the way so investing in outdoor toys was a must. This set is great because it has two levels. Multiple swing attachments and a small area we turned into a sandpit. It did take my family a few days to get it together so if you have the funds I would pay for set up!

Many instructions were backwards i.e. the tunnel. You don't secure the top then add the tunnel its too tight. Whoever wrote the instructions apparently didn't have hands on. The BILT app was good but the parts like screws didn't match the sizes in the hard copy instructions. Very time consuming could have been more efficient.

This setup is awesome for growing kids, but putting it together is a bear. The pieces come in four giant boxes, and half your time is spent looking for the next piece. They do provide the contents of each box on a sheet of paper. So the instructions say you need piece L4 and the you look at each content sheet to find L4. Then dig through the right box. They could just tell you in the instructions where to find the piece.

Our 4 and 6 year old LOVE this set. It took a while to put together, but it's sturdy and great quality. I can see our kids using this for quite a while. Instructions are pretty easy to follow, but you definitely need to know how to use a drill and you really need two people.

We bought this playset after our last one was taken out by a storm. It was surprisingly "easy" to put together. I did the majority of it myself and I am a 33 year old female teacher. I have 3 children ages 3-7 and they all love it. We even added a little table and bench up above so they can eat lunch in it. The only issue we had was with the plastic of the tunnel and not lining up perfectly, but we added a different piece of wood and you'd never know it didn't come with it. All of the neighbor kids love playing on our set, even the ones with their own!

Bought this during the corona shutdown for our daughter. Was a total life saver for keeping her busy. Instructions were phenomenal and components were satisfactory. The boards did get rained on before installation was complete so I did have to fight a fare bit of bowing in the thinner planks. Would recommend this to anyone in the market.

We bought and set this up last summer. The instructions were fairly good, but a couple of the predilled holes didn't line up where they should have and we had some boards crack as we installed them. Overall happy with it. But a few minor inconveniences in the process.
