Carrier made us pay $65 to unload from truck (Sala) and some reaps were glued together from the manufacturing process, they were unusable. Working on at least getting refunded on $65 we have had to spend about 2 or 3 times that this carrier has showed up. Paper quality is awesome for the price but in recent months, the quality and delivery of product has not been the greatest.

I have purchased many times in the past but the most recent lot still claims to be 20lb paper but is much thinner when compared to an old package of 500 sheets from a previous box. Also curls up in the discharge tray of my fast laser printer. It is almost translucent as I can easily see text from the next page.

This is great paper for everyday and soho use, but especially as of late there has been variations in quality even within reams. ALSO this is not true 8.5x11 as its 278.6mm and 11" is 279.4mm. This caused me much headache when cutting them in exact half until I measured it with calipers. I figured they had rounded the numbers on the box but that is not the case.

The problem that we had was not with the product, but with the manner in which the company in which you have ship this product. Every time we get paper shipped from you the box in which the paper comes in is so tore up and abused. This time it was so bad that they threw the reams of paper in another box and they were in terrible shape. It makes it easier on us to purchase and have the case of paper mailed to our office, but I don't believe that we will continue to purchase it from your Sam's Club if it arrives to us in this manner again. I used to think this product was great when it was in the blue package and said copy paper. The last two orders of several boxes have been the "new look-same product" that was shipped to our office in the red package. This is NOT the same product!! This paper is very thin and jams in the copier every time we need to print more then one sheet at a time, which is pretty much all day. Even the box states "multipurpose" now not copy paper. I really wish Sam's had not claimed that it is the same product when it is clearly not.

My organization buys about 6 reams of this a month and we will no longer being buying it. It is the cheapest around, but not worth it. Many pieces of the paper are torn in half straight out of the ream. Spend more on a different product, this is unusable.

Marks member paper is just as good if not better than any other brand copy paper. I order this for our dental office and it's great in all of our copy and fax machines. Now that Sam's Club delivers it makes my job so much easier and frees me up to be able to help the office out more. Great product, Great value, and Great quality.

Best price for 5000 sheets anywhere! I need paper for printer books off my laser printer. I have written six and need to be able to print them, thermal bind them and hand them out to people. This paper is just as good as anything else I have used. If anything, it appears much brighter than other papers I have (Hammermill) on hand. No complaints.

This is second time 2 cases have arrived boxes and paper wrappers destroyed. You all must drop them off a 10 story building. It’s ridiculous. Paper survives. You can forget reusing copy paper boxes. When you open box to remove ream of paper box falls apart.

We have a small home business, but we receive around 300 faxes/email that are printed a day. This was the best deal of price per quality of paper. But my last 3 boxes not so much, the paper is much thinner, curls as it come out of fax machine or printer and so following pages catch it and push off. there is a difference in page feel super smooth almost slippery pages mixed in with regular feel paper, more jams. Sorry but not sure what happened but this paper is no longer going to be our paper of choice. Not worth the hassle, too bad was a real good deal.
