I recently ordered two cases of copy paper, one of the case boxes which was delivered to my office was totally shredded, so much so that even the wrappers of each ream of paper inside the box were ripped. Fortunately the paper inside was not damaged so I didn't have to go through the hassle of sending it back and reordering. the delivery man's excuse, "the boxes are heavy, sometimes they get dropped...." seriously?

I paid $8 for delivery and the driver left it just downstairs in the lobby rather than bringing it to the front door of our business which is up one level (and there is an elevator). Poor service and not worth $8. I'll be finding another source.

I purchased two cases and found that every ream in both cases consisted of a narrow, non-standard sized piece of paper in about every 10th sheet. VERY frustrating when coping invoices. Never had this problem before with this brand of copy paper. Apparently a bad batch in warehouse.

It never fails that the reams are burst open. This time, 2 out of the 3 cases were each missing a ream of paper. The 3rd case contained reams that were burst open (par for the course), but at least all 10 were there. The boxes themselves are always a wreck, but Sam’s wants to pin that blame on the delivering source. I've learned my lesson and, from now on, will order our copy paper from a local, family-owned business supply store.

I have to say that the copy paper we bought for work was top notch paper and the price was really good. The delivery was quick too which was a plus for us. The only problem i had which is no fault of Sam's club was that when the paper was delivered because of rough handling by UPS the boxes the paper was in was smashed in different places and also alot of the outer wrap that the copy paper is in was also ripped but all the paper it's self was still in good shape. I will be buying this from Sams from now on. Very good service from Sams and at a great price.

I've been using this paper off and on for several years. Always very satisfied and happy to get it at a great price. Stopped using it for a year (buying another brand elsewhere). Came back to Member's Mark in 2021. At first, no issue. This last case, however, sheet feels thinner. I put that thought aside. Until ... Recently, one of my clients commented this is the thinnest paper he's ever run across. Checked the package. It says 20lb. Doesn't feel like 20lb. Hopefully, it's just that case.

The paper seems to be thinner than 20lb and it's the only brand we've every purchased that our printer randomly pulls an extra blank sheet when printing or copying. We have a large Sharp and it's never had this problem with Hammermill or other paper brands.

I use to buy the 24 pound Xerox Brand. Sam's replaced that with something similar, 750 sheets in a plastic wrapper, and still 24 pound. This new stuff in paper wrappers, 500 sheets, and 20 pound weight feels like flimsy cheap unprofessional paper (I did use a swear word supposedly there and Sam's made me rewrite that one word). Why ruin a good thing. Bring back 24 pound bond.
