thin and awful

This paper is so thin that it is not catching in the printer and we are wasting tons of paper that is partially printed. You can practically see through it! Do NOT buy this paper. Waste of money and time trying to and catch and correct printing issues. If zero stars was a choice, that’s what we’d give it.

Terrible paper

Bought this in store. Was going to get the Hammermill because it said it was in sale, but it rang up much higher because the sign was 3 weeks old. So I switched it for this Members Mark paper. Members Mark products are normally great alternatives to brand names. Not this, which seems like tissue paper! Now, I have to return it! I used 2 sheets. When it goes through my laser printer, it turns into parchment- looking paper with spots everywhere. My other paper works just fine. This paper is super thin. Doesn't feel like 20lb paper at all! Junk.

20 lb ?

I usually don't write reviews, but when I get a truely bad product, I make it a point to warn potential buyers. I find it very hard to believe that this is 20lb paper. This is the flimsiest 20lb paper I have ever encountered. I can't verify the brightness, but dull for 92, and I can read the words on the page below through the top page.

Poor quality control recently

I buy LOTS of this paper...I'm a tax accountant...and so far been happy until these last few boxes. In the middle of several reams, there is really lightweight junk paper, and just lately, there were a few pages of cardstock type paper in the middle of a ream. We go through about 20 boxes of paper a tax season. Doesn't really pay to return or complain except on here. Besides we don't have time to return paper, or try to guess which reams contain the crappy paper. Do better at the factory!

Not the same quality paper as before

I have bought this paper for as long as I can remember. This last box is awful. The paper seems much thinner and I can only print 5-10 pages without getting a jam in my new Epson printer. It curls up on the ends when the paper ream has just been opened. I tried another ream of nicer quality paper and have printed much with no jams. It is definitely the paper.

Don't Buy unless you want printer jams

I had been using the Hammermill Paper for the longest time, however, they changed their boxing to 8 reams instead of 10 and also raised their prices for the box, so I decided to get a box of the Member's Mark paper. After using the 1st ream of paper, I cannot print 10 pages before it jams my printer. Now I have a full box of paper that I can't use to the jamming! I will be going back to the Hammermill Paper, As its worth paying the same price for 2 less reams and not having an issue

Extremely Disappointing Quality

I purchased two boxes (20 reams) of the Sam's Club paper. The quality is obviously inferior to the Georgia Pacific paper also sold at Sam's. The $2.50 "savings" per box is minimal. Additionally, the wrappings on the reams split during the shipping (I suppose), and every 10 to 20 sheets result in a creased sheet. In summary, I am embarrassed to use this product in my business and will have to find some other use as "scrap" paper.

Extremely Thin

Bought 12 cases for our office after seeing the positive rating since prices are skyrocketing and this was the most reasonable. This paper is incredibly thin. Zero chance it's 20lb paper. 20lb is all we've ever used here and this new stuff is nowhere near as thick. We double-side a lot of documents and this paper is almost unusable since you can see everything through both sides.
