We've used this paper in our office for years, the most recent package was exactly the same as the previous but the paper felt different, flimsy and just low quality. I went ahead and loaded the machine. Sure enough, our office machine jammed. This continued for a week with different trays and different settings. But only with this paper. I switched back to ream from the old box and everything worked fine again. Had another office employee test my theory and confirmed it.

When printing multiple pages on both sides the paper curls after the first pass, when the printer tries to take the paper in to print on the back it causes error printer jammed. Some pages don't curl and remain flat as seen in included video. I use a Epson ET-4850

Be sure to check and make sure all the packs of paper are in there. Didn’t check until I got home and realized I was missing two whole packs.
