One of the reasons I ordered this copy paper is the fact that the box had handles. I thought it would be handy. However, the box is very flimsy. The box is perfect for transporting the copy paper but the box is very disappointing for using the handles. The copy paper however is very satisfactory.

Immediately upon installing this paper I experienced paper jams, multi pages, and no feed issues. Was not having any issues with the previous paper. I got a bunch of this stuff and I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it but, I most surely will not buy this paper again. I've never had issues like this before been printing on many different printer for the last 34 years.

When shopping around for paper, you always want to be sure of the quality not only for avoiding jams, but also for the life of your copier. This paper has low dust and low jams in our machines and it keeps everyone in the office a little less stressed. Paper can do that!

For the normal, everyday printing needs, it is fine. This paper works in my printer but it is "thinner" than expected for 20 lb paper. I can see a shadow through it when double sided and it does not "feel" as expected when touching it. With my work, I prefer a paper that does not have shadows and feels nicer.

I appreciate the quality of Member’s Mark products. Purchasing in bulk has always been important to me, as a teacher. Your paper seems to be the same quality as name brand. The only issue is that sometimes individual packs of paper have bent edges fro packing in a sealed box. Those bent edges do not go well through printers, causing problems inside the printer. I will still continue to purchase your paper.

Good value, why pay more. Been buying this paper for years.
