Can't even get delivery information to order this

I have no idea what is included or how shipping would work for this. DId chat with support and felt they knew less than I did. I asked where it would be delivered inside or outside, and this was the response "Yes I know it is hard but in this case they will leave it outside but maybe if you request them to make a favor maybe they will ". From chat, apparently it will be left outside at some point between 12am and 11:59pm on the day delivery is scheduled. I may or may not have any input on what that day is and it will be left outside regardless if it is raining or snowing on that day.
