I’m extremely disappointed with this Sports Afield gun safe purchased from Sam’s Club. For a product that is supposed to provide secure storage for firearms, the quality and support have been unacceptable. After only a short period of ownership, the safe stopped functioning properly. I reached out to customer service at Sports Afield expecting guidance or troubleshooting. Instead, I was told that I first needed to register the product, even though I already had the manual and paperwork. The manual itself lists multiple possible model numbers, which makes it unnecessarily confusing to even determine which safe I own. Customer service mentioned something about replacement parts, but provided no specifics about what part, why it failed, or how it would actually resolve the issue. There was very little clarity or meaningful help provided. For something as important as a firearm safe, I expected reliability and competent support. Unfortunately, this experience has been the opposite. At this point, I would much rather return the safe entirely than deal with ongoing issues and unclear support. Very disappointing purchase. Never again.

The safe did not include registration documents or guidelines for configuring the safe code. Very disappointing.

Just as described! Excellent quality and built tough! It looks great also. The finish is amazing. I bought 2 of them and if they would get them back in stock I would buy 2 more. Honestly this safe is the best on the market for the price !

More than i would have expected, the finish was outstanding I used to sell auto paint and paint cars the finish was out standing. The lights inside was a nice touch. Also the price was right for the inside and out.

Just purchased one of these safes and the first one that was delivered was damaged. Contacted the seller and after about 20 minutes on the phone, a new one was on its way and they scheduled a pick up of the damaged unit. I have been automotive and industrial coatings industry for over 25 years and the finish on these units are very nice. Only thing I am having a hard time finding is the model and serial numbers on the replaced unit. Any help locating these would be appreciated so the warranty can be activated.

Great price! Compared to other retailers this is way cheaper for similar product. Had an issue opening at first. Had to use key to reopen after several tries. Called customer service and they said replace battery. Made it better but still would not open every time. After working the opener over 50 times it now opens every time. The electronic lock feels pretty fragile/cheap but it works. Having a hidden key slot does not bother me and gives me a safety factor that I can open. Not your normal key so it seems safer.

Have had this for over a year now and love it more every day. Very configurable, has lots of features and is priced at 1/3 the price of comparable safes. I have 4 long guns on the left hand side, 3 pistols and lots of mags/ammo on the right hand side, and 2 pistols in the door pockets (could probably fit 3 more) and it's pretty but functionally crammed. Lock is great and it will give you a low battery warning (batteries lasted about 13 months before I got the warning). Has a battery powered light system you can velcro in wherever you need it and also has a power cord which I do not use. I simply cannot state enough how pleased I am with this safe, especially considering the price.

The safe was delivered without incident. The front of the safe does show a few permant rub marks from transit. The safe is high quality and roomy inside. It is reliable to open, We bought the dark brown which is a really nice color. The lighting and door lock require batteries (included). We currently do not have a need for the power cord that is included.

This gun safe is right size for our needs

Not big enough to fit inside. I was hoping to get in there with the guns a little, but can't. It's smaller on the inside than it looks. Holds a bunch of guns tho.
