We bought this for our growing toddlers who need “more” to keep them occupied. The telescope snapped off so shortly after installation. My kids love this set. I did have an issue with lots of pieces having cracks in them. Some pieces also had pieces chipping off which was more cosmetic than anything. The kitchen piece needs work as well. Due to being an outdoor toy and battery operated, it is not water proof or Resistant. The blender took on water and I am not sure if it will work for this upcoming summer. But overall, we love it! The tube slide was very difficult to put together, but my husband and I got it done.

My kids love this backyard playground and refer to it as the park. They’ve spent countless hours playing on it and being goofy. I would recommend setting it up with at least two people, but I was able to do it all with one. Would highly recommend for all kids!

I bought this playset for my grandkids this past summer and they love it!!!! It is made of quallity pieces and there is so much for them to do on and in it!!! It has so many extra features, like a cute play grill and working doorbells!!!! Love this!!!

We got this swingset for our daughter and while the assembly was a bit much for the hundreds of steps- it was really worth it. The cute features such as the bay windows and play kitchen in the bottom really set it off aesthetically and our daughter loves those features too. It's a great looking swingset and I hope it provides years of fun!

Grandkids love it! There were a few pieces that needed modified to fit together properly. One piece of wood was split and needed replaced before we could assemble. Screw count was off too. Thankfully, we have a hardware store close. Grandkids love it though and it looks very nice!

Our son is almost 2, so we started looking for a playset for him. He goes out every day and plays in the kitchen, swings, and goes down the slides. I love all the features this playset comes with...the kitchen is definitely more practical than having just a bench underneath like some models. We bought a glider to use instead of the handle bars for now until our son is older. We assembled ourself. It was not bad and the bilt app helped a lot with specific instructions and 3D visuals. One panel came damaged, but the customer service was great when we called and sent out a new piece right away with no hassle. We are very happy we bought this playset.

Bought this playset over a year ago and the kids love it. My 2.5yr old enjoys the kitchen area while my 4.5yr old loves the slides and swing. I added a toddler swing so my younger kid can feel included and she loves it. The only down side was it took a lot of time to put it together ,which we didn't have. I planned a whole weekend with 3 adults who have construction backgrounds and we still didn't get it done. I would recommend getting the profession installation if you don't have time. Also, mine came with some wood split in a couple pieces but we fixed it. The slide was cracked in 2 places but my husband fixed it so it would continue to crack and I strategically placed the pieces on top so it wouldn't crack more or take weight. I'm sure I would have got replacement pieces but it sat for about 6months before putting it together bc covid, weather, and our work schedule. That's why I would SERIOUSLY RECOMMEND getting it installed if you don't have time or skill level.

Let me start by saying, this swing set is a show-stopper! We are absolutely thrilled with this product and our daughter cannot get enough! The quality of the set is amazing and it is truly a bargain for the price. Assembly was straight forward and the instructions were easy to follow. We can already see that this play set is going to provide years of enjoyment for our family and we cannot recommend it enough!

THIS IS A NICE SWING SET ALL WOOD AND IF YOU ARE MISSING A PART OR ONE IS DAMAGED LIKE OURS WAS THEY REPLACE IT QUICKLY ONLY DRAWBACK IS THAT ITS VERY DIFFICULT AND TIME CONSUMING TO PUT TOGETHER THE CIRCULAR SLIDE TOOK 6 HOURS ITSELF TO ASSEMBLE AND ITS STILL NOT RIGHT

I got this playground/swingset last year for my now 5-year-old twins. I was able to put the whole thing together with a friend in a day and a half using the 3D instructions on the app “BILT.” My kids have a blast and love having their friends over for playing and fake cookouts in the little kitchen/BBQ pit on the bottom.
