I purchased the backyard discovery bristol point swing set in mid-june-ish and it arrived way faster than anticipated! I didn’t pay for assembly and boy do I regret it. It took 3 people 3 days to assemble this swing set (instruction say 2 people 8 hrs). This is absolutely inaccurate. One person is a contractor and the other two are very handy. I gave it 5 stars bc it’s absolutely BEAUTIFUL and my girls LOVE IT! My 12 year old would spend all day inside of it were up to her on her phone etc. but now she voluntarily goes outside (shocker) and spends at least 2 hrs a day on the swing. My 3 yr old spends every waking moment outside LOL. I have to force her to come inside and watch a show so that I can cook lol Overall I HIGHLY recommend this STUNNING swing set! It’s super sturdy (my husband loves it too lol) and I love it too lol. The price is great for this swing set. All other similar ones were over $2500! When you get it please just hire the pros so that you don’t spend hrs and hrs in the beaming sun setting this thing up :)

This set is a good deal for the price. It can be set up by two people, but it will take way longer than the suggested time frame of 8 hours. It’s is sturdy and a good design. The directions are decent in the beginning, however you can tell whoever wrote them got tired at the end. Putting the kitchen area together was out of order which made it difficult to put that area together. The spiral slide is also difficult for the same reasons. Also, some of the wood was damaged upon delivery. We fixed using plastic wood. It wasnt worth it us to try and return or replace. Overall, we love it and our girls will make many memories to come.

We installed this playscape a month or two ago for our 3 year old granddaughter and she loves it !!! My son in law and I built the playscape in a few days. Lots of parts but good instructions and fairly easy to put together.. Was definitely a great purchase!!! We recommend this playscape!

My parents bought this for our kids, the wood is so thin every piece is split even though it's predrilled. It is made of tiny scrap pieces instead of real lumber, I have pictures I tried uploading. I refused to complete assemble for fear of my children getting hurt when this thing collapses from poor materials.

Size and design ended up being perfect for our use. Instructions were clear and relatively straight forward. Only complaint on the installation would be the tube slide. It took a alot of time to put together and install compared to what we got. Hopefully they can package or design the tube slide differently to make it less time consuming or just replace it was a normal slide. From start to finish we had about 20 hours to install completley with typically 2 people working.

We’re so happy we want with Backyard Discovery! While we were putting it together, we had a large dust devil come through our yard. It picked up the play set and slammed it down. We were so worried that this would be the end, but we were able to put it back together! It’s so sturdy and we’re very pleased.

My husband and I put this together over a few days, probably about 15 hours total. We got all hardware and wood pieces organized well and used the app for instructions. The most challenging part to put together was the spiral slide. The plastic blender already got moisture inside so it doesn't really work but overall glad we purchased this set and our 3 year old loves it!

We bought this a few weeks ago for our daughter (almost 3yo) and chose to assemble ourselves which we learned is not for the faint of heart. I'll review the assembly process, the features, and the customer service experience we've had since then. The assembly guide is very thorough and very easy to follow if you go slowly / read it entirely before beginning a step. There were one or two points where we learned later that we assembled a part incorrectly and had to reverse it quickly to make things align, etc. but all in all went very well. Prior to purchasing, we read a really funny review on here about the tube slide causing you to question your life choices and it was spot on - I would recommend dedicating an entire day just to that and you'll absolutely need 1, 2, or 3 sets of hands even. The suggested assembly time of 8 hours for the core set and 3 hours for the tube slide are wildly underestimated, but again - was not terrible and we still feel as if it was worth the money savings. The product itself is great - our daughter is obsessed with it already. We had some rain over the past week and the battery-operated burner on the kitchen set underneath showed signs of waterlog, rust, and no longer worked after the rain. I reached out to customer service this morning and they've already put in a replacement order for us at no charge. They customer service rep (Chase - shout out to you!) was so personable and even recommended getting a little storage box for the outdoor items to put underneath the counter which we'll do to prevent it from happening again.

We bought this for my 15 month old back April and she loves it the only probably we have with it is the stove eye that makes the pot and pan and blender to work quit working after a thunderstorm would love to get a replacement for it that was one of her favorite things about the playset

I now have a park in my back yard. My daughter LOVES everything about it. She often plays house on the bottom sections with the kitchen. Then2 chalkboards it comes with were a great touch as well. The cedar wood is very durable and it looks incredibly classy. I would recommend this set to anyone.
