Nice product but hard to put together since some numbers on the pieces are hard to read. The tube slide was probably the hardest. Instructions are not the best instead of using paper Instructions you should download the app look for the item and the Instructions are there step by step. We had a few broken pieces. Overall the playground is great. Delivery guy was awesome but they should send at least 2 guys to deliver items like this.

We bought this play set for our daughter for her second birthday. It has been a great purchase! The directions were very clear and easy to follow, although it did take longer to put together than what was listed. This playset has so many fun features to keep kids entertained: two slides, two swings, hanging acro bar, play kitchen and barbecue, 2 chalkboards, rock wall, steering wheel, telescope... lots of fun! Highly recommend!

We just assembled this for my 3 year old. She loves it. I am happy with the quality although I can't speak to long term wear. It did take us MUCH longer to assemble. They state it should take two adults 8hrs. We had a total of three adults with good handy skills, lots of appropriate power tools and lots of coffee and it took us 23 hrs of work. However our little girl loves it.

Relatively easy assembly if you have an impact drill. They have the typical manual to follow step by step and the option to download an app with the same instructions in 3D with zoom/tilt/pan functions. I used the paper manual 98% of the time and references the app for a couple pieces that had specific orientations I couldn't see in the book. The set comes with 2 of all the tools you'll need and most hardware has a spare piece. Ships in 5 boxes weighing 575# total. Front of the manual says 8 hours to assemble the whole set and 3 additional hours to assemble the tube slide. I finished in 9 hours and 3.5 hours ( i blame the beer breaks) a couple pieces split when installing and I have yet to attempt the 800 number to get replacements. Pretty sure this is regular pine they stained to look like cedar...yet they claim it is cedar. Super light weight wood..not sure how long it will last. Most of the set can be done with 1 person no problem. But you will need a ladder and an extra hand for the upper level stuff. I little hint that might help move things faster...before you start, open all the boxes (less the slide) and organize the pieces in order. At this moment; they are charging $500 for assembly. I would say well worth it if you don't have a whole weekend with good weather to dedicate. I think that's all.

Overall I love this playground, and more importantly, my kids (3 and 6) love it! It's a beautiful design, there's lots of fun stuff to do, and building it was not the worst thing that ever happened to me. Some of my notes: - Putting the tube slide together was the worst part. Never want to do that again! It's often difficult to get all the pieces together and the plastic shoved into place. They estimate 3 hours but it took us probably 5. - There are several beams on the second story that are prime head-bonking position. We wound up ziptying pool noodles. Arches instead of straight boards would have helped. Similar thing with a couple hard corners we're going to bumper. - The regular slide has a dip in the bottom that collects water and snow, which is kind of annoying to wipe down every time we go to play. - One roof piece arrived broken and getting it replaced was quick and easy! Customer service was great. - There are a couple instances (like attaching the regular slide) where you have to hammer a nut UP into a board from beneath at a difficult angle, which was a headache, but we did manage to build the whole thing with only minor swearing, so I'd say success! - The rungs of the ladder don't seem very strong and give a little when my kids go up. So far so good but I won't be surprised if they wear down and need to be replaced. - I didn't expect my kids to love the little kitchen underneath as much as they do, but they went right into playing restaurant.

When we received the play set, a couple boards were already cracked. I'm assuming do to shipping When assembling the play set, it took us 6 hours with 5 people to put it together. If you are assembling this swing set with 2 people, I would say start early morning. It's gonna take a full day and a lot of patience to put it together. In the end it's a pretty good swing set for the price it is. Also definitely go by the ages that are rated for this swing set. I don't think it would hold up for any older.

Thin wood for price. Cute and kids love it but quality of wood not good for the amount of money that it cost. Several broken or split pieces. There was a clip missing for one of the swings so could not hang it. Took 22 1/2 hours for 2 people to put together.

I ordered this playground for my 2 year old son after looking for days for the perfect playground that had all the features I wanted. After hearing horror stories about installing it yourself and how long it took, we decided to buy it with the assembly. I can't say enough good things about it all! The playground came a week and a half early, the installers called as soon as it was delivered and actually began setting up the playground the day it got here! We went on a trip and when we got home, it was finished. My 2 year old absolutely LOVES it and it seems so sturdy!! My husband, my in laws, and I have all gone down both slides with no problems and it seems like the swings are nice and sturdy. Our son cooks about 75 hot dogs every time he plays and makes us “milkshakes” with the blender! Highly recommend!

So far, the playset is amazing. It is still new so we will see how it holds up. The construction is very solid. Most of the 1 star reviews i read were mad at the company that sets up the playset, i just did it myself. Be warned, it takes a long time to build.

We purchased this for our small children and they absouletly love it and are outside playing on it everyday that they can. The playset even came with some food and pots and pans to use in the kitchen. My kids love the fact that the burner makes noise when you put some of the pots on it and they love using the blender. The App really helped us put it together however, it took us a full 24 hours of work instead of the projected 8. It definintaly takes two people to put some of the parts together so make sure you have someone to help you.
