This set is a good deal for the price. It can be set up by two people, but it will take way longer than the suggested time frame of 8 hours. It's is sturdy and a good design. The directions are decent in the beginning, however you can tell whoever wrote them got tired at the end. Putting the kitchen area together was out of order which made it difficult to put that area together. The spiral slide is also difficult for the same reasons. Also, some of the wood was damaged upon delivery. We fixed using plastic wood. It wasnt worth it us to try and return or replace. Overall, we love it and our girls will make many memories to come.

I bought this last fall and my daughter loves it. I highly recommend it to anybody looking for a new swing set. It does take some time to get together, if this isn't something you're comfortable doing I'd definitely recommend hiring somebody to but it together.

This swing set gets 5 stars. The kids love it, it was long but easy to follow the directions and good quality. I read in other reviews that the wood can split but we did not have that issue. My requirement was 2 slides and we got a cute bonus outdoor play kitchen underneath the swing set. I love it, they love it... worth every penny!

My playhouse swingset was sent with one item loose, not boxed. I am still trying to make contact with the manufacturer for instruction on part of the build. Several items were cracked, others had chuncks torn off of the edges due to lack of proper care during shipping, at least that is my guess. I love the challenge of putting this playset together, but without the paperwork it is not possible. The chips, cracks, can be dealt with but I am at a standstill without the instruction manual.

I bought this playset for my three year old for Christmas. She loves it! We actually put a circle rope swing in place of the other one because our other kids are too small. The customer service was great when I needed pieces replaced. I would definitely buy this again! The little kitchen is too cute too!

We installed this playscape a month or two ago for our 3 year old granddaughter and she loves it !!! My son in law and I built the playscape in a few days. Lots of parts but good instructions and fairly easy to put together.. Was definitely a great purchase!!! We recommend this playscape!

Great swing set! The slides are amazing! The assembly is really straight forward and just takes some time but anyone could do it. I did half of the assembly myself without help and the other half my wife helped and it took around 16-17 hours. The tube assembly is the worst part as it just takes time and make sure to pay attention to the directions. Use the BILT app for assembly and it makes it extremely easy to not miss something. Don't waste money paying someone to assemble as it is not hard and does not need a carpenter or a professional to assemble.

We purchased the Bristol Point model about two months ago. I took us a day to construct, and we haven't been able to get our daughter off it since! Using the Bilt app for instruction/directions was HUGE, really couldn't have made it any easier. We love the new play set and would recommend it to anyone searching them out.

I spent several days trying to decide on which swing set to purchase. I usually don't take the time to write reviews but I always read them when making a purchase so I have to share my great experience. We purchased this set in June and my husband was able to assemble in a few days, although time consuming he felt the instructions and pieces made it easy to assemble. My kids loved this set and all the features it had to offer. Unfortunately after a recent storm a large tree limb fell and caused a significant amount of damage but after speaking with the AMAZING customer service reps at backyard discovery they helped me order replacement parts and also offered a significant discount on parts and shipping :) I also had to call back during the re-assembly for additional parts that I forgot and they shipped for free. The swing set is again fully assembled thanks to the EXCELLENT customer service (and my husband) :)

We got this swing set during the height of the pandemic when shipping was completely backed up. It took forever to get to us but it is a beautiful set and is made from quality materials. My kids love it! Highly recommend getting it professionally installed because it is quite complicated to put together.
