We got this swingset for our daughter's 2nd Birthday! Thanks to the huge sale on May 11th... I hit refresh over and over... SCORE! My persistence paid off! It's time consuming putting it together, but not hard. I was the parts runner for my husband. He pretty much has done it all, himself! Out daughter loves it. All the accessories below, the grill, sink and the food items. She's been busy playing. And she absolutely loves the slides. Not a fan of the swings, yet!

We have 4 kids so having two slides and multiple swings are essential for playtime. The kids really like the grill, stove, and sink feature. A lot of detail went into this play set and we are 100% satisfied with the purchase.

This is very misleading. I was advised directly by the store that this swingset is pretty much the same as the tacoma falls model with minimal difference and recommended this one over Tacoma. The trewehouse part is tiny and my 2 year old son has hit his head and injured himself a few times because of the bar. This will not grow with you and I need a refund.

not all the pilot holes made for perfect alignment of all the wood pieces. when I walk around the playset I don't see perfect alignment and corners. There are gaps when there shouldn't be. when the kids are swinging on the swing set I hear a lot of creaking

I bought this last year so that our two girls would have more activities to do in our yard, especially since the parks were closed due to COVID. The kids love having 2 slides. They have a "restaurant" on the ground level and they "live" upstairs. It was well worth the price we paid. It has been sturdy and after watersealing the wood, it still looks great.

I was handling most of this on my own, with a few instances where I needed a hand to handle five pieces at once while simultaneously drilling and holding a bolt. Sometimes challenging, but not impossible. Then, just as I am are nearing the finish line, the tube slide reaches from the underbelly of Hades and sucks down my energy and will to live. My kids become intellectually flaccid and run around in gleeful circles up and down every crevice of this behemoth which is the only reason I gave this a five out of ten. Figure out the tube slide shenanigans for future clients. I'm just glad I only have to do something like that once in my lifetime.

I ordered it about 6 weeks ago. It took 4 weeks for it to be delivered. I made several calls to the delivery company and then received s call from Backyard Discovery checking in with me about my order. She followed up the the delivery company and told me to call her if there were any other problems. Awesome customer service! We got the swing set together except for the tube slide just in time for our granddaughter's birthday. She loves it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My three year old loves her swingset! It has two slides two choose from as well as two standard swings. There is even a trapeze bar for when she gets a little older. The base of the play area has a little outdoor kitchen that she LOVES to “cook” on. Additionally, there is a rock wall to climb as well as a wheel and telescope at the top.

COVID social distancing caused me to purchase this for my grandchildren. They adore this set! It has so many features: two slides, an upstairs AND downstairs clubhouse, a kitchen (with a blender that “blends”!), swings, 2 chalkboards and MORE! We can pull the kiddie cars through for a “drive through” window while another is grilling on the grill-lots of options for imaginative play! I love that the swinging door is designed so that there are no pinched fingers. All in all a great purchase.

The Bristol Point swingset is a dream come true. It looks nice and is such a classic design. Our kids are spaced out quite a bit in age---I have one leaving for college and another starting kindergarten. I wanted to find a play structure that would be big enough for my 5 and 10-year-old, and durable to entertain future grandkids too. With two large slides, a playhouse, a kitchen (how many swing sets have a kitchen with grill and a sink?), a telescope (my 5-year old freaked out about this), a rock wall, and 3 swing features there's something for everyone. Shipping was included and my husband and sons assembled. I don't anticipate the kids tiring of playing on it for a long time! I'll update as time goes on and we see how everything handles the heat and humidity here in the south.
