We bought this for my 4 year olds birthday and he absolutely loves it. I was nervous about ordering online and not knowing the quality of the wood and parts. This is a great swing set that will last until he outgrows it! I love all the different features spiral slide, rock wall, kitchen area, chalk boards. If he gets tired of one activity he moves to another. We've also changed two of the swings and replaced with a saucer swing which was a great investment. There are so many options if you want to change out the regular swings. A friend of ours hung up their baby swing. It's very versatile. We spend a lot more time outside rather than inside staring at a screen. It's really been a great addition to the whole family.

Just put it together this week but it seems to be a very well constructed, high quality set. So far the grandkids love it. Be prepared that even though the installation instructions are fairly good, it is not for the faint of heart nor anyone in a hurry. Overall extremely pleased.

I absolutely love this set. My little girl loves it along with her cousins. She finally has something to do outside. The only thing I would say is that some of the holes were pre-drilled in the wrong spot and they did not line up well. Other than that, we absolutely love it!

They love this entire playset and you can't get them to leave it once they start playing on it. Not only do they really enjoy it and have tons of fun playing on it, but it looks fantastic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The assembly of this play set was as expected, a little rough. But the payoff has been great. We have 4 kids so having two slides and multiple swings are essential for playtime. The kids really like the grill, stove, and sink feature. A lot of detail went into this play set and we are 100% satisfied with the purchase.

I bought this last year so that our two girls would have more activities to do in our yard, especially since the parks were closed due to COVID. The kids love having 2 slides. They have a "restaurant" on the ground level and they "live" upstairs. It was well worth the price we paid. It has been sturdy and after watersealing the wood, it still looks great.

I was so excited to see this set available at Sam's and for a great price. As a mom of three toddlers, this set screamed hours of entertainment to me! Delivery did not take as long as expected which was a huge plus. Set up took much longer than anticipated and was quite frustrating as the video tutorial and instruction manual did not always match. During assembly, we found that we were missing the steering wheel assembly kit, several pieces came cracked and the wavy slide was damaged. Furthermore, some pieces consisted of poor quality wood and cracked during construction. I have a running list of replacement part needs. We managed to get it set up in about 3 days time, finishing it on 5/1. The kids were ecstatic! They called it their “park”. Watching them run down the yard smiling and screaming with excitement brought tears to my eyes. Within a months time, we noticed things falling apart! My children, just three years old, do not weigh enough nor are they strong enough to cause the type of deconstruction we are seeing. The screws holding the boards on the rock wall literally starting breaking in half! The boards now just fall off! I can't use other screws as the running board in the back is of such poor quality, it is cracking. The “pop out” on the front, that the wavy slide connects to, is collapsing! Again, the hardware has failed. The list goes on and on. As of 6/17, the set has been deemed nearly unusable and has become an extremely overpriced piece of yard decor. I am so disappointed. We did everything we were supposed to! We followed all of the instructions! We took our time and made sure it was done right. I don't know what steps to take at this point. I don't know if I should start with the manufacturer or with Sam's. It's not like it's a small item you can just throw in the car and return but I certainly want my money back for this product. My littles are sad and I'm sad for them. I really expected so much more out of this set.

I bought this last fall and my daughter loves it. I highly recommend it to anybody looking for a new swing set. It does take some time to get together, if this isn't something you're comfortable doing I'd definitely recommend hiring somebody to but it together.

We bought the Bridtol during the Covid ban on assembly. This was the challenging part. My husband recruited four young men to work about 12 hours total for the full assembly. But the finished product is beautiful and top auLity. It sure made two little girls over the moon!!

We bought this set nearly a year ago, so it has gone through a Buffalo, NY winter and there are zero signs of wear/tear or fade. My children have played on in in all four season as well, with anything from flip flops to snow boots! It's just as lovely and strong as the day we had it assembled! We could not recommend this product more!!
