Grandkids love it! There were a few pieces that needed modified to fit together properly. One piece of wood was split and needed replaced before we could assemble. Screw count was off too. Thankfully, we have a hardware store close. Grandkids love it though and it looks very nice!

Delivery was good they helped me get it into the garage. I put it together in the evenings over the course of 4 days there are a lot of steps the app instructions are good. Two suggestions would be to make the labels bolder and easier to see. Also a better way to organize all 50 bags of hardware.

We purchased this product last year and it’s still Beautiful. The kids love it and use it a lot. The only complaint was how hard it was to put together. If we ever purchase another we will hire someone to put it together. Other than that, great swingset!

The Bristol Point swingset is a dream come true. It looks nice and is such a classic design. Our kids are spaced out quite a bit in age---I have one leaving for college and another starting kindergarten. I wanted to find a play structure that would be big enough for my 5 and 10-year-old, and durable to entertain future grandkids too. With two large slides, a playhouse, a kitchen (how many swing sets have a kitchen with grill and a sink?), a telescope (my 5-year old freaked out about this), a rock wall, and 3 swing features there's something for everyone. Shipping was included and my husband and sons assembled. I don't anticipate the kids tiring of playing on it for a long time! I'll update as time goes on and we see how everything handles the heat and humidity here in the south.

We had an amazing team that helped us set up! my only advice is organize the hardware and the wood into separate piles so you don’t waste time looking for all the parts. Also, leave yourself extra time for the tube slide!

Though we exceeded the suggested build time of 8 hours, it really was not hard to assemble. I am very detail oriented so we took our time, read ahead and made sure it was done right the first time. though the instructions that came in the box were confusing at times, the Bilt Ap made it much easier to follow. it broke down the booklet into smaller more manageable easy to follow steps. the kids love it so much that we have a hard time getting them off of it for meal time. the second level has been proven big enough for then to enjoy a little picnic up there from time to time. the only negative is the rock wall. I feel like there needs to be an additional support beam to go across the middle as the center of each plank is quite flimsy. I will be adding one in myself soon.

Purchased this model because we wanted something tall enough for older kids and it did not disappoint! Love the extras - like climbing handles, cookset and bell. It is an absolute beast to assemble- so lay it out in the backyard by letter and give yourself several days for construction.

We love this swing set and are so happy we chose this one. It has all the bells and whistles we were looking for. Our daughters are ages 1, 4, and 7 and they absolutely love it. It is very sturdy and looks beautiful in our backyard. Excellent quality. We have been enjoying it almost everyday and making wonderful memories with our kids. I could go on and on about everything we love about it but I won’t. I will say that I highly recommend it.

My review would have been 5 stars but this playset is a little smaller than I was expecting. The area on the deck is a barely big enough for both my kids to sit and play. The redeeming quality is the tube slide which my kids love. My husband and I put it together ourselves and it took us almost a month to finish completely because we had pieces that were broken when we opened the boxes and we were missing a vital piece of wood. We had to wait at least a week for each section that we needed to arrive. Also the tube slide it self took about 5 hours to assemble and attach to the set. Overall we are happy with this set but would have liked a little more room on the deck to play and preferably no broken pieces.

We got this swingset for our daughter's 2nd Birthday! Thanks to the huge sale on May 11th... I hit refresh over and over... SCORE! My persistence paid off! It's time consuming putting it together, but not hard. I was the parts runner for my husband. He pretty much has done it all, himself! Out daughter loves it. All the accessories below, the grill, sink and the food items. She's been busy playing. And she absolutely loves the slides. Not a fan of the swings, yet!
