We have had it for 4 months now and are really happy with our purchase. It took quite a while to put together (as expected). But the kids love it and use it daily. The ground anchors are a huge recommendation. We live in a very windy area and have no problems since attaching the anchors. It is very secure! The swings and the spy glass are our favorite features!

I was able to assemble this product myself over the course of three days. Easy to follow instructions and logical sequence for assembly. This play set has provided countless hours of fun for my Grandchildren. I absolutely recommend if you have young children or Grandchildren. It is durable and safe.

The Bristol Point swingset is a dream come true. It looks nice and is such a classic design. Our kids are spaced out quite a bit in age---I have one leaving for college and another starting kindergarten. I wanted to find a play structure that would be big enough for my 5 and 10-year-old, and durable to entertain future grandkids too. With two large slides, a playhouse, a kitchen (how many swing sets have a kitchen with grill and a sink?), a telescope (my 5-year old freaked out about this), a rock wall, and 3 swing features there's something for everyone. Shipping was included and my husband and sons assembled. I don't anticipate the kids tiring of playing on it for a long time! I'll update as time goes on and we see how everything handles the heat and humidity here in the south.

Bought this about 9 months ago for my daughters age 5 and 2. They love playing on it. Assembly took quite a bit of time. Unfortunately ours got blown over by the Derecho storm and broke apart, and the company did provide replacement parts and assisted us in getting the swing set rebuild. Would buy again in the future.

My wife and I got this play set and the kids love it. The swings have great spacing between them. They don’t feel congested with my 3 kids swinging at the same time, unlike others they have been on. The slides are solid. Make extra sure your building surface is well prepared and flat. I had to stop building and fix some areas I thought would be fine. It’s hard to align everything if the surface isn't flat. Otherwise, instructions were easy to follow.

Our son is almost 2, so we started looking for a playset for him. He goes out every day and plays in the kitchen, swings, and goes down the slides. I love all the features this playset comes with...the kitchen is definitely more practical than having just a bench underneath like some models. We bought a glider to use instead of the handle bars for now until our son is older. We assembled ourself. It was not bad and the bilt app helped a lot with specific instructions and 3D visuals. One panel came damaged, but the customer service was great when we called and sent out a new piece right away with no hassle. We are very happy we bought this playset.

This is a beautiful set! It absolutely did not take 11 hours to build.. much longer! I could see a professional maybe getting it done that quick but not with 3 average joes. If the pieces were labeled front/back and top/bottom it would have been much easier to assemble. I felt like some steps were awful to figure out and there were many times we drilled through the wrong side of things. The 5 boxes could have been more organized for the order of the steps. It was a huge mess and time consuming dragging everything out each day and then having to put it all back. There were extra steps needed/spots where things weren’t pre drilled or missing the hardware that was already supposed to be there. The wood is very easy to chip. My little one loves it and is so excited to start playing on it. I hope she gets a lot of use out of the 20+ hours of work put into it!

I am unable to assemble myself and have to pay as I have no one that can do for free. There are a lot of pieces that should come assembled. Ridiculous number of parts and hardware. This took over 14 hours and unexpected time equals unexpected costs. I never thought Id need a contingency amount for assembly.

Great swing set! The slides are amazing! The assembly is really straight forward and just takes some time but anyone could do it. I did half of the assembly myself without help and the other half my wife helped and it took around 16-17 hours. The tube assembly is the worst part as it just takes time and make sure to pay attention to the directions. Use the BILT app for assembly and it makes it extremely easy to not miss something. Don’t waste money paying someone to assemble as it is not hard and does not need a carpenter or a professional to assemble.

My kids ages three and four could not be happier with this set! They ask to go outside everyday to play on it. Recently had my daughters 3rd birthday party, had 7 kids playing on the set and there was plenty of room! Lots of compliments from the parents. The assembly took my husband and his friend about 12 hours. With the expecting of the tube slide. That took a few hours alone to attach all the rings and bolts. Overall not a bad build and the instructions they include online are amazingly helpful!
