[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took a while (one month) to be delivered. However, I’m happy with the purchase. Has different options for the kids to play without getting board. It had 3 swings, 2 slides, a rich wall and for the younger one underneath play cooking grill area.

We are very pleased with all of the features of this playset and have recommended these products to others. The first day we checked to make sure we had all of the pieces and that none were damaged. To our dismay one of the panels had been damaged by a forklift going through the bottom of one of the boxes. This was on a Saturday, I emailed the company and we had a new one by Tuesday. Later we discovered a problem with construction of one of the top side panels which caused a roof panel to not fit correctly. Again, I emailed customer service and they sent a new one. We found the Bilt app to be very useful in giving detailed instructions and the 3-D modeling was very helpful. Our only complaint is the amount of time it actually took to put together. The manual estimates 8 hours with two people. We had two very capable people and it took us 7.5 hours to get to the point of the picture, plus unboxing and making sure we had all of the pieces which took 1.5-2 hours itself. We lost count of the total hours we worked from start to finish but it was a lot. There were a lot of times when we said it would be nice to have a third person, especially when it came to the roof panels and the tube slide.

Definitely prepare everything before you start...get your sawhorses out or table...get the hardware set up and get your wood and panels together and I mean letter wise it makes it much easier to put together... so you aren't running around in circles it will save you time and the frustration.... two of us got it together took two half days could of finished in one if no rain..but it was actually a good break.....tube slide needs two people... also I wish the wood for the stairs was a bit thicker and the floor in tree house... but it held 150# adult with 20# child was sturdy could actually stand... Hopefully it holds up to a Minnesota winter time will tell... good luck remember to get everything organized and ready..

We bought this swing set due to COVID and the fear of parks not being open for our kids to play at this summer. It has quickly become the hit of the neighborhood. Kids love playing on it and they are enjoying all the features it has to offer. Having two slides is a bonus. The younger kids really enjoy the grill/kitchen underneath. It is tedious to put together, but we would highly recommend this swing set.

My husband and I bought this for our 2.5 year old at the start of summer and he has played on it literally every single day! There are so many features that keep him engaged for hours at a time and that’s huge for a toddler!! Even as the weather has gotten colder he still asks to go outside and play on it every day. My husband put it together on his own and said it was super easy to do, and took him maybe 13 hours on his own. I highly recommend this swing set to anyone who is looking for a fun, engaging, and high quality swing set!

My daughter loves this playset. The wood quality is not the greatest but by far the best features and frame in the industry for the price. First we sealed the wood took couple of days to get dry. My husband is a handy man so we were able to finish install in 10 hours. We had a lot of team fun together to find all puzzle pieces. I would highly recommend this set for parents!

We got this for our daughter’s 3rd birthday. Usually I like putting stuff together but I’m 5 months pregnant so we hired installers through Go-Configure. It took a month to get on their schedule- actually, scheduling itself was a huge pain…I had to call probably 10 times- but once it got figured out, worth the wait and worth every penny. There were SO MANY PARTS!! It would have taken my husband and I weeks, I’m convinced. She loves the playhouse so much- it entertains her for hours at a time!! It seems sturdy…the installers also told us that they think backyard discovery is the most sturdy brand (these installers do other brands too). Definitely recommend the playhouse and hiring someone to install it!!

We bought this for our 7,5,4 year olds and they love it. The assembly was very straight forward and easy to follow ( tip, don't use the app and paper instructions together ie use one or the other). The twist slide was a pain to assemble but not terrible. Whole thing took roughly a day to assemble with one adult

I built this swing set over the weekend so wanted to leave a review while it’s still fresh. To save you time and headache/back pain, organize all the hardware in numerical order and material in alphabetical order first. Also, build the tube slide before starting on the swing set. I am very mechanically inclined and did 95% of this myself. It took 18-20 hours and half of that time was trying to find the correct hardware and material for each step. I had 2 helpers the last day that started on the slide and that took them 3 hours just to build that while I finished everything else up. After all the hours to build the swing set, I wouldn’t have been happy about another 3 just for a slide. Overall the product seems great. The instructions aren’t bad, just matching each piece with each diagram was exhausting. The kids are happy and will be entered or a long time!

For the price $750 (in store) - its a steal. Looks amazing and my 3 year old is living his best life right now . Mommy, daddy and Tio are exhausted from 30 hours of labor . Totally worth it though. PS- The instructions will give you a headache, the stamps are either faded or double printed so you have to use process of elimination.
