We got this for my granddaughter’s 3rd birthday. She LOVES it! She would slide, swing and play in the awesome kitchen all day if we let her. It’s Texas in late June, the temperature is around 95 degrees. She doesn’t care, she just wants to be outside playing on this Bristol Point playset! It was relatively simple to install. We used the written instructions and the BILT app. Some of the boards look exactly the same but are left and right specific, so had to unscrew and start again several times. And like I said, it’s in the 90’s here in Texas, so that made the installation a little more difficult for 60 year old grand parents. But, it was all worth it to see how happy my granddaughter is. I am pleased with how well made and sturdy it is and am hopeful that it will last for many years and many grandchildren.

My kids love this swing set! There is so much for them to do and play with! My kids have wanted to go out and play on this everyday so far! The only thing I would say is expect to take more than the 8 hours for the set and 3 hours for the tube slide, also if you can it is much easier to put together using 3 people instead of 2.

We bought this play set a year ago and it still looks great, despite the harsh Utah winter. My kids ages 10 & 3 both love and enjoy playing on it. It wasn’t hard to build just took some time. The app with step by step instructions made putting it together super simple. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

I bought this play set for my two granddaughters (3, 5) to have something to do when they visit. We also bought assembly. The professionals had it put together in 6.5 hours. I love the look of the Bristol Piint Cedar Swing Set/playset. My granddaughters absolutely love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this back in May 2023 for my toddler, and he loves it. Assembly really wasn't too difficult, I built it 90% alone in my garage over a few nights in "sub-assemblies" (tower, stairs, roof, slide, A-frame, swing beam, spiral slide), then had my dad and brother come over one afternoon to move and assemble it all in the back yard. Total assembly time was maybe ~12hrs alone and ~3 hours for final assembly in the yard. A lot of reviews I read complained about the spiral slide, but I didn't have many issues with that, only a few bolts on the inside curves were a little hard to align and tighten. It's held up to the weather very well over the summer too. The only issue I had was the blender for the kitchen set was defective, but customer service was very helpful and sent me a new one within a week. Overall, this is a very nice set, and fairly easy to assemble if you're at least a little handy and have access to the right tools.

I was so excited to see this set available at Sam’s and for a great price. As a mom of three toddlers, this set screamed hours of entertainment to me! Delivery did not take as long as expected which was a huge plus. Set up took much longer than anticipated and was quite frustrating as the video tutorial and instruction manual did not always match. During assembly, we found that we were missing the steering wheel assembly kit, several pieces came cracked and the wavy slide was damaged. Furthermore, some pieces consisted of poor quality wood and cracked during construction. I have a running list of replacement part needs. We managed to get it set up in about 3 days time, finishing it on 5/1. The kids were ecstatic! They called it their “park”. Watching them run down the yard smiling and screaming with excitement brought tears to my eyes. Within a months time, we noticed things falling apart! My children, just three years old, do not weigh enough nor are they strong enough to cause the type of deconstruction we are seeing. The screws holding the boards on the rock wall literally starting breaking in half! The boards now just fall off! I can’t use other screws as the running board in the back is of such poor quality, it is cracking. The “pop out” on the front, that the wavy slide connects to, is collapsing! Again, the hardware has failed. The list goes on and on. As of 6/17, the set has been deemed nearly unusable and has become an extremely overpriced piece of yard decor. I am so disappointed. We did everything we were supposed to! We followed all of the instructions! We took our time and made sure it was done right. I don’t know what steps to take at this point. I don’t know if I should start with the manufacturer or with Sam’s. It’s not like it’s a small item you can just throw in the car and return but I certainly want my money back for this product. My littles are sad and I’m sad for them. I really expected so much more out of this set.

I bought this swingset for my four grandkids and they love it! I had an issue with a couple pieces and their customer service was exceptional. The tube slide was the hardest part of assembly for me but the its the kids favorite. I also bought a glider to replace the trapeze swing. The grandkids really enjoy this playset.

They love this entire playset and you can't get them to leave it once they start playing on it. Not only do they really enjoy it and have tons of fun playing on it, but it looks fantastic!

My husband and i bought this swing set for our little one it took us about 4 days to put together since my husband works we would work on it during the evening the tuve slide it self took us about 3 hours to build there were some parts where the holes weren't pre drilled so we had to wing it and try our best to put the holes in the right part. Parts were labeled bit there were some that i really couldnt tell what it said and some had completely erased But once we put it all together we loved the finished product and our little one definitely loved it

The Bristol Point swingset is a dream come true. It looks nice and is such a classic design. Our kids are spaced out quite a bit in age---I have one leaving for college and another starting kindergarten. I wanted to find a play structure that would be big enough for my 5 and 10-year-old, and durable to entertain future grandkids too. With two large slides, a playhouse, a kitchen (how many swing sets have a kitchen with grill and a sink?), a telescope (my 5-year old freaked out about this), a rock wall, and 3 swing features there's something for everyone. Shipping was included and my husband and sons assembled. I don't anticipate the kids tiring of playing on it for a long time! I'll update as time goes on and we see how everything handles the heat and humidity here in the south.
