We got this for my daughters 3rd birthday and she absolutely loves it. Her imagination never stops when she plays with her pirate ship/tree house/kitchen/fort. Her twin little brothers also enjoy it and it will definitely grow with them for quite some time!

We bought this in March for my Granddaughter's birthday. Didn't get a chance to set it up until April due to weather. She was very excited as we were putting it together. The assembly did take sometime, 8 hours later. She absolutely loves it and the variety of things this playset offers. She has been playing with it every day weather permitting.

I ordered this a couple months ago and my son loves it! Only critique is that the directions could be a little better. There are few words and a ton of diagrams. Some are not the best. The twisty slide took over 2 hours to put together but that is because there are a ton of nuts and bolts!

My wife and I got this play set and the kids love it. The swings have great spacing between them. They don't feel congested with my 3 kids swinging at the same time, unlike others they have been on. The slides are solid. Make extra sure your building surface is well prepared and flat. I had to stop building and fix some areas I thought would be fine. It's hard to align everything if the surface isn't flat. Otherwise, instructions were easy to follow.

This has been a perfect pandemic purchase! our kids love it, and have been playing on it nonstop for the last month! We live in the Northeast, and the playgrounds closed due to the pandemic around mid March. Considering we have a three-year-old and five-year-old, we knew we needed to make a purchase for a backyard. The swingset is made from cedar, and is beautiful! We have received numerous complements from our neighbors! If you are looking for a swingset and look no further!

I bought this swing set and it has been assembled for a little over a month. My kiddos love it! They are ages 6, 4, and 2. There is lots to do and it keeps each of them busy for hours! I really wanted a swing set without Monkey Bars, with 3 places to swing for each of my kids, and with two slides. (My special-needs child lovingly calls the set “Two Slides!” and the nickname has stuck for all of us). Delivery to our house took longer than expected. We ordered it from Sams Club on April 16th and it wasn't delivered until mid May, about a week later than it was estimated. Assembly went pretty flawlessly. All pieces were present. A couple pieces of wood had small splits, but we had waited so long for the set to be delivered, there was no way I was making my kids wait again for replacement pieces, especially since they weren't huge, weight-bearing planks. The BILT app is helpful for 3D images and being able to pan around and get a 360 view when needed. The slide took a long time to put together. Directions were very good, though we needed the BILT app to clarify somethings for us. It took a whole day to assemble with two of us (I suggest having two drills handy- there are Phillips and star bits and it will help with time not having to keep changing them out) and the slide took an additional 3-4 hours for assembly. The wood isn't flawless but it looks really nice. In some places the cedar color peeled off before assembly was complete, but not a huge deal to us. This playground gets lots of use and hopefully still will for years to come!

We bought this 9 months ago and it's been worth every penny for our 2 and 5yr old. Our kids love it! It's not quite strong enough to safely hold an adult, which is a nice excuse when my kids want to send me down the twisty slide “sorry, mommys To big, it's not safe.” We got the assembly, which i recommend - I consider myself good at furniture assembly and this would have taken me a month. It took the guy two days and he's been building these for years. One piece did arrive broken, luckily it was one of the last pieces to add. We easily ordered a replacement.

We bought this last spring and it has been a huge hit. Love all the different features, two slides, rock climbing wall, and the kitchen is a big hit. The tube slide came with some broken pieces but when I called customer service they where very helpful and prompt about sending replacements. My daughters ages 2 and 5 think its the best and so do their friends.

The Bristol playset is amazing! I love the diversity with the 2 different slides and the play kitchen in the bottom deck. Once ordered it took less than 3 weeks to have it delivered and have the GoConfigure company come set it up for us. It took them about 4-5 hours to build it with 3 men. We built a nice rubber mulch barrier around the playset as well.

Everything is great except couple things. The kitchen set stopped working due to water condensation and or water because of the stove top. Pieces that kids were supposed to be playing with didn't work. Hard to keep clean but cute. The playground could use a roof because water gets thru top. A piece above the climbing wall fills with water and have to clean it out because of needing a strip of wood to keep water out. Also had to put additional water protector on wood. Love the chalkboards but the standing part is too small and I constantly worry she'll fall off. Slides are great but knock our heads on the support bars every time.
