I bought this for my daughter for Christmas in 2016. We noticed that one of the swing hooks was rusted. I emailed customer service, sent them a picture of it and they sent me a new one within a week. No problems at all and quick response. My daughter absolutely loves it!!

We purchased this when we moved into our current home in December of 2018. We live in the arid dry desert of west Texas but, like a lot of people, we have a sprinkler system in our yard. This playground started to rust within days of it being assembled, and now it is so corroded it is unsafe to play on. Weld seams have rusted through and broke off of the frame, screws have pulled out of rusted steel, the mounting holes for the ladder have disintegrated. The coating system on the metal is too thin, and all the contact from dissimilar metals has caused massive galvanic corrosion issues. Lifetime apparently means you get 2 years out of it if it ever gets wet. I would hate to see one that is used in a humid area where it rains.

We are extremely disappointed that our playlet is already rusting. Water seeps in between the areas where metal is attached to metal and is impossible to dry out. This is after we covered all metal pieces with rust prevention spray during assembly. We chose this playset because it was supposed to be less maintenance than wood but that was a huge mistake. Of course the Lifetime website does not allow you to add photos or else I could show you the numerous spots and joints this thing is already rusting. I can only hope someone from Lifetime will reach out ASAP and try to make this right.

My nieces and nephews LOVE the Lifetime Adventure Tower! they play on it basically every day. With such a wide variety of options, their imagination can run wild with countless hours they have played on it. Playing anything from pretend pirates, to just swinging, it is a very great product!

I bought this at Christmas for my 2-year-old granddaughter. She loves climbing to the top and sliding down. I purchased the basket swing and she likes to be pushed but she prefers the slide. Her school has this exact Adventure Tower on the playground. So it must be sturdy. The neighbor's kid comes over often to enjoy the Adventure Tower.

Playset came quickly, installation scheduled quickly. We had issues with the initial installation tech but LifeTime was GREAT at helping us rectify the issues and had everything fixed up for us very quickly. They were professional, extremely responsive and helpful. This set has already provided a TON of fun for kids ages 3-11.

We bought this for my grandkids and they love it!!! They call it their tree house. They spend hours swinging and sliding. We also bought the kids a lifetime picnic table and they eat on it everyday!!! We love lifetime products they are strong and last without warping. We will always buy lifetime products!!!

I bought this play set thinking metal would endure better than wood! I was sorely mistaken! The whole thing is rusting at all the critical joints making it beyond a safety hazard and the warranty conveniently does not cover rust! I live in Kansas so it isn’t even like we are an intensely humid climate or overly rainy. Magnificent waste of money and will NEVER purchase from the company again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this play set for our grand babies about a month ago. They just love it. We’ve had story time inside the “Princess Castle” area and look forward to many years of memories. Maybe grandma will even go down the slide...

We just finished putting this up today. We purchased this for our grandchildren. They love it. Took a few days to get it all together, but everything was labeled well. Watching the kids play on it this evening we had a scary moment. My grandson was playing in the lower "fort" as they call it and my granddaughter was swinging. My grandson stuck his head out the cutout window and thank goodness I yelled for him not to do that because my granddaughter would of swung right into him. Now I have this fear of that happening again with the other grandchildren. So my husband is thinking what to do for this situation, cause I'm sure someone is going to stick their head out that cutout part again while someone is swinging.
