I use a scoop a day. Half in my coffee and half in my hot "cereal". I don't find they taste at all. It's an easy way to get healthy fats and protien in my diet.

After taking the collagen for several months, I still don't see a huge difference, especially in my dry skin. Everyone has different results, I guess.

I’m on month 3. My hair & nails are stronger, certainly shinier. My joints that typically hurt all the time have gradually gotten better & not so sore. I’m on auto ship & cannot imagine stopping!

This stuff works. I can tell a difference in my nails and hair. I take it about 5 days/week, so it lasts a little longer for me. I dissolve it in my coffee or hot tea, and you can't taste it at all. My go-to for collagen!

I've tried numerous brands of collagen but this is by far superior! Easy to use, dissolves easily and I like the large opening for the container with scoop included.

Love this product so much! However, we use so much I wish they still did he more you buy the less each containers was. Other than price as an issue best collagen on the market!
