I’ve been taking this for over a year. My skin looks good and I’m getting many compliments. Taste good. I use it in coffee or green tea or just plain water.

Love that I can put a heaping scoop into my morning coffee and feel the positive effects all day. One month in and my hair & nails seem to grown more than normal. Can't wait to see what longer term effects will be!
