So far so good. I’m starting to notice a difference in my nails after 5 weeks. My only complaint is that my second canister was only about half full and I doubt I will make it to the end of this month without having to buy more, which is a pain.

Started drinking it about 3 weeks ago and mix it in with my coffee. Mixes in really smoothly, can't even taste it and have noticed a change for the better in my hair and nails and especially my skin.

With the first two jars of Collagen Peptides my skin showed good improvement. Halfway through the third jar I started getting itchy bumps and have stopped using the product. I hope to find a useful alternative.

Very easy to use, I added it to breakfast smoothies most often but sometimes just to coffee. I saw an increase in energy level almost immediately. Highly recommended!!
