I am very satusfied with Vital Proteins. Dissolves eadiky in hot and cold liquid it is unflavored so it doesn't alter any flavored juice, coffeeor water. I bought the large size after my trial.

I brought this thinking it was lactose free but to my surprise I had stomach issues from consuming it...so I decided to try the liquid form and tolerated it much better...

Use one scoop in my coffee every morning. One jug has lasted me about 8 weeks. I have more energy. But haven’t noticed a difference in skin and hair etc. still early though ❤️

I have been trying to use this for about a week now.. but every time I try to us it I can’t because it does not dissolve properly, instead it turns into like a chewed up piece of gum. Very disappointed with this purchase!!

Vital Proteins was recommended to me by my health coach! I add the unflavored peptides to my unflavored unsweetened yogurt with a tablespoon of raw almond butter and a bit of stevia for breakfast most mornings. Love it!

I am happy with this. It is versatile. I use it in flavored water or sleepytime tea. I do notice I am not as achy from workouts as I was 3 months ago before using.

This protein dissolves easily & I can add it to anything because it is unflavored. Great boost to Protein. Bonus my skin , hair & nails look amazing
