I bought this in hopes of helping my thinning hair. Only used it one week so can’t say whether it did or not. I just don’t like the taste or texture it puts into whatever liquid I add it to. Disappointed.

This product dissolves completely in most beverages and has no flavor that I could discern. It is really easy to use. I think it helps with my skin and my joints.

After two months the backs of the hands are no longer translucent. The forearm skin is starting to firm up. Hope that with continued use the calves will look better.
