I use this collagen daily in my coffee. It dissolves super easily and does not change the taste. My hair has grown super long since I added Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides to my daily routine.

I am on my second container and see nor feel difference. I am 71 years. Does it take a couple of containers to notice a change? Also, I drink 2 scoops in water every day. please help me. I want this to work!
