I love how it easily mixes into any liquid. That makes it so versatile. When I remember to take this, I notice an improvement in the crackling noise my knees make when bending them. I do a lot of hiking up mountains and with every step I take uphill, I hear a crunching noise in my knees. Very disconcerting. This product seems to help with consistent use. I've tried a few different brands of collagen peptides and this seems to be the best for flavor.

I’ve been using this product for many years. I hate the new packaging totally stinks and I dislike that they took away the scoops! I used my same scoop as the one in previous packaging and the amount per servings is not as listed in the packaging. Seems like they are cheating consumers out.

My wife bought your product because of high ratings. We made smothers , her feet swelled up painfully. I don’t know how a health product could have such a high rating with that much sodium. Your competitor makes theirs with 10mg sodium compared to your 110mg.

Then I looked into different collagen choices and found that vital proteins was one of the top rated ones. When I received my order I only did one scoop with water that night before bed. The next day I woke up and already felt a difference . The fact that it has protein in it and helps with skin and hair is a plus. After using it for 2 weeks I decided to become a monthly subscriber.

Packaging of this product has changed over the past year making it almost impossible to open the new package without spilling it all over. Although we appreciate the effort to eliminate plastic, it is very difficult to get through the paper and cardboard to access the powder. The insttructions do not make it clear how to get through the heavy paper and we have had to resort to knives to break through and rip it open. We are going to look for another collagen product that will be easier to open.

I put a scoop of this in my coffee every morning. Can't even taste it. I notice that if I skip it, I'm hungry all day. Plus I recently had an adverse reaction to a fluoroquinolone antibiotic. Giving my body extra collagen has helped prevent more severe tendon damage, in my opinion.

I used an expensive brand marine collagen before trying this Bovine collagen, which was more affordable, and it did much more for me! My hair grew in thicker and stopped falling out and my nails grew so quickly and harder. Sticking to this from now on. The only thing I will say is to be sure it has hyaluronic acid and vitamin C! After a couple weeks of using this product my skin began to break out terribly. First it was small puss like bumps primarily on my cheeks and jawline that turned to cystic acne. My eyes were also very irritated, being bright red, watery, and even crusty in the mornings. I am in my early 60s and have never had such terrible breakouts, however my skin is sensitive. I hadn't changed anything in my skin routine, so through the process of elimination, timing and other reviews determined it was the new supplement causing the problem. Caution to others... be aware of potential negative side effects. Personally, I am experiencing the exact opposite of why I took it in the first place, anti aging and glowing skin. Ugh!!
